Clean rooms and super nice staff, bathroom situation with our room was interesting but decent, location was great and had good access.

Cheapest quadruple room in all of Copenhagen. 2 mins away from Copenhagen Central Station. Many restaurants and grocery shops nearby.

Water from the shower would drain so slow. Took a 5 minute shower at most and the entire bathroom flooded.

The room was way too small and it didn’t clarify that there would be no bathroom in the room rented. We had to walk down a hallways to use the bathroom and to shower.

Perfect service, excellent central location. Everything pretty much reachable on foot. Great breakfast, clean room.

The location is beyond my expectation. Also I'm glad there are boiled eggs in the breakfast, since I'm diabetic, I cannot take any bread and sweet bakery. Great place to stay.

Clean and quiet. Close to the train station which is what I needed. A good option for those traveling onward.

I had a great stay at Saga. First the hotel it’s located right by the central station and the metro station minutes away. Many restaurants and things to do around. The reception staff were very kind and friendly really liked that. I also LOVEEEEE the pillow and bed, they were so comfortable, I didn’t want to wake up. The only down side for me was first the wifi, it was very bad in the rooms, it only works better at the lobby. Second was the noise, walls are very thin so you will hear everything next to you. I had a couple next to me and they were making so much noise that I had to bang on the wall for them to be quiet. Other than that, I had a great stay, just be aware, there’s no lift (elevator) for those handicap people or someone with knees problems.

Front desk always had someone available. You can purchase water and some snacks or souvenirs. Local to most areas by walking or Uber but if you have heavy luggage be prepared to lift up several flights of stairs. No elevator as others mentioned. The luggage storage is available for a fee but also you must lift and carry down into the lower level by yourself and lock them up.

Located very close to the main train station. Helpful staff and plenty of nearby restaurants.

Clean, basic accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Good nearby transport links, train, bus and Metro. Not a fan of having to share toilets and shower facilities though.

No air conditioner. No Elevator, and they will place you on the 4th floor which is technically on the 6th floor. Shared bathrooms are small but not terrible. A storage locker for $6USD/Day with locks.

Very good for a 2 star property. Nice staff, easy check in. Very clean room and lobby area etc. Small twin beds but ok. Would have liked an extra pillow but that’s personal preference. Would recommend and return

This hotel is a budget hotel very near the central train station. but they run a good clean efficient service. The receptionists are friendly and the room immaculate. Ours did look out onto the back of other hotels and bins. But it was quiet no traffic noise or train noise. We were there dahlias the weather was extremely hot. The window latches worked in a certain way. This needs to be explained to guests. We thought we could only open the windows a little, so we boiled for 4 days as no fan. On leaving I mentioned this to the lady at reception and she said you can open them fully. Not explained on arrival. Ask!! The breakfasts are great, you have to pay for these on top. They seem quite expensive but are not if you know Danish prices! Very sad to see so much factory/ intensive farmed pork and eggs but that’s Scandinavian countries for you. They have a long way to go on this. Thank you Go Hotel for our stay.
