The staff is very accommodating and the room is clean. I like that this is very close to the central station and Tivoli. This is a walk-up hotel with no AC. The weather was tolerable during my stay (60-65F) and so, the electric fan in the room was fine. They have USB outlets. As it is a walk-up hotel, one may be bothered by the heavy footsteps especially if your room is near the stairs. If you intend to explore Copenhagen more than cozying at your hotel, then this should be a good place to stay.

To start, there is no lift/elevator. And my room was on the 4th floor. Keep in mind if you have big luggage or tire easily on stairs. The provided breakfast is lovely. It is the same options every morning. European style. The room is functional. Not much space for 2 people and luggage’s also. Black out curtains included. The shower is pretty small and water pressure is not very good. Speaking of shower, for those that didn’t have one, you will hear these guests stomping down the hallway all hours of the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Luggage storage for a fee. But my room was available right away, yay! Hosts were kind and helpful. Location is very good, around the corner from the train/metro.

Unfortunately there is no elevator which makes hauling suitcases up 6 flights of stairs very difficult. We booked and paid for 5 rooms only to find out that one of the rooms was a converted closet/storage room and was so tiny my son and his wife could only walk 2 feet into the room before hitting the bed. We paid for all rooms to be the same and we should not have paid for this room at all. Breakfast was very nice, replenished often and kept very clean and organized. The girl who looked after the breakfast room was very kind and helpful.

A great basic hotel centrally located near Copenhagen Central Terminal and Tivoli Gardens.

Very good location . Close to public transportation . I bought breakfast when booking for 5 days stay. Breakfast is ok. But breakfast is exactly same everyday, nothing changed.

Not great value for money. Staff offered no welcome nor assistance at any point. Location good. Wouldn't return.

Everything was really good other than the room being too warm, having to share showers with the floor wasnt an issue but would have been better if you had your own.

No aircon, room was very very hot and was a very small room. Bad smell in room. Very noisy outside at all hours of the night.

Lovely welcome and support from receptionist. The room was very hot and noisy - facing an inner cobble-stone courtyard with people wheeling containers throughout the night. Conveniently located close to the train station. They charge to store your luggage.

Room is clean. Staff is very helpful.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Saga very much. The location was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the space was clean and well put together. We appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and would gladly recommend it to others visiting Copenhagen.

This was very clean and nice place close to the central train station and many good cafes and restaurants in town.
