Great location next to the train station, room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and welcoming, would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

We loved the little kitchenette in our room. The beds were comfortable. Most importantly, the location was excellent--literally a few steps from the metro and a fresh food market. The old central train station was a block away as well. The room and bathroom were clean. My only complaint was that the bathroom was tiny.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in early August. First, the location of the hotel is great for access to public transportation as it is steps away from the main train station and the subway. It is also very close to the Tivoli area with access to many activities and restaurants. A 10 minute walk in the other direction brings you to the old meatpacking district which now has a lot of restaurants and bars. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly. Our room definitely was spacious for a European hotel. It also had a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink which we actually used on a couple of occasions. The room was clean and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Copenhagen

The hotel is in a fantastic location, less than a minute from the metro and 5 minutes from the train station. Very close to Tivoli gardens.
We did not pay for breakfast.
Staff at check in were friendly but the check in desk is not staffed 24 hours.
Our room was clean and comfortable.
The reason for the 4 star review is that the room we booked on Expedia (comfort room) is not the room we were given. The kitchenette area was much smaller with no sink. The bathroom however was significantly bigger so we were happy with this room.
There was no blind for the bathroom, which had a window straight onto the street, and we were not given a ‘do not disturb’ sign to hang on our door.
Despite this we would stay at this hotel again.

Room for 4 but somehow house cleaning decided to consistently only provide 2 towels daily which is not an issue if you can get service.
So happen on my last day we were out till 8-9pm and by the time we returned to the room, we could not get extra towels as the reception closes after 8pm - please be mindful of this
