整體不錯，位置極佳，本來應該全部五星，但隔音不好，每天總聽到樓上走路的聲音，影響睡眠

Loss of money inside the safety box of Hotel Tiffany in Copenhagen. My husband and I were stayed in Hotel Tiffany at Copenhagen from 13-15 November 2019 at Room 203.  We have left Copenhagen on 15 November 2019 and just arrived Hong Kong on 16 November 2019.  When we back home in Hong Kong and checked our small zip bag which had put in the safety box in the room and found that we were lost Hong Kong dollar $4000 and Swiss Dollar CHF 1,200 as we were went to Zürich before going to Copenhagen.  Originally, we have Hong Kong dollar $5,000 and Swiss Dollar 3,500 in the small zip bag.  We didn’t aware on which date (i.e. 13 Nov or 14 Nov) that the money was being stolen as we have checked our small zip bag was inside the safety box on each night when we are back to the hotel and nothing strange, so we didn’t check the exact money inside the zip back each day.  As not all the money were being stolen and just part of it, we were not discovered that some of the money was stolen by somebody.  If I could discover the loss of money immediately, I should report to the police at once in Copenhagen. However, I am now back to Hong Kong, I think it would be difficult for me to follow up this matter.  I have sent the complaint email to the hotel already and hope their hotel manager could have a thoughtful investigation on this and get rid of the dishonest staff to avoid the other guests suffer the same as ours.  I also hope Hotel.com could also take appropriate action.

精緻小巧飯店，空間不大，但距離中央車站幾分鐘距離，地鐵近在咫尺，是體驗哥本哈根理想飯店。

Kleines schönes Boutigehotel in einer ruhigen Lage und dennoch nah am Nachtleben. Die Metro ist direkt vor der Tür und es die Altstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war sauber und hat eine anständige größe. Da es im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Nespressokaffemaschine und eine Mikrowelle gab konnte man sich auch gut für da Frühstück selbst versorgen.

Havde et rigtig fint ophold. Hotel Tiffany har en skøn “Londonsk” stemning over sig og en dejlig og hyggelig indretning. Derudover ligger den perfekt placeret med gåafstand til al det gode

Contrary to what was indicated in the Hotels description, there is a small 5 person elevator. Room was clean but pillows were small and unsure how to adjust room temperature.

Hermoso y dulce

Nice hotel. Has sink, kettle, toaster, microwave, and plates which is useful. Only thing that would be handy would be a sponge/ some washing up liquid to wash plates and cups etc... Staff on reception are pleasant. Felt safe. Close to main train station.

The property was very comfortable and clean and the location was great close to metro and train stations, but not noisy. Staff were very friendly.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in early August. First, the location of the hotel is great for access to public transportation as it is steps away from the main train station and the subway. It is also very close to the Tivoli area with access to many activities and restaurants. A 10 minute walk in the other direction brings you to the old meatpacking district which now has a lot of restaurants and bars. The staff that we interacted with were very friendly. Our room definitely was spacious for a European hotel. It also had a mini-fridge, microwave, and sink which we actually used on a couple of occasions. The room was clean and quiet. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Copenhagen

Loved how close it was to the Metro and walkable to the attractions

Perfect stay - triple room super clean, comfortable and facility design paying attention to details. Would definitely return next time visiting Copenhagen.

中央駅から歩いてすぐの立地で、快適に過ごせました。部屋は3階で、ミニキッチンがあるのもよかったです。 スタッフの方は親切でしたが常駐ではなく、夜間は閉まりますので注意が必要です。また建物自体が古いのか、周囲の部屋や外の騒音はダイレクトに響いてきます。気になる方はお勧めしません。 バスルームは狭くて、タオルが少し臭うのは気になりましたが、トータルで値段相応だと思います。

The room easily accommodated two adults and two children. The breakfast was perfect (and delicious). It could not have been more convenient to the train station.

En mycket ointresserad reception som rabblar en lista som man memorerat. Ett rum som saknar kallt vatten i köksdelen. Trasig inredning och en badrumsdörr som har lossnat i sitt övre gångjärn. Ingen informationsplan på rummet och en mycket sen leverans av frukostkasse till rummen gör att helhetsintrycket är 2 av 5. Vi har besökt hotellet flertalet gånger under år men nu byter vi till något annat i fortsättningen. Tiffanys är en dalande stjärna och det krävs en hel del för att lyckas vända intrycken tyvärr.

Nice room. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast. Walking distance to many restaurants annd easy anccess to metro and Trai station annd walkable to Tivoli Fardens. Everything went very well. Would recommend.

Väldigt bra läge nära centralstationen och centrum med jättetrevlig personal. Dock något varmt på rummet, den lilla fläkten hjälpte något men verkar inte finnas en grund-AC. Minibaren luktade unket men då jag bara var där en natt var det acceptabelt.
