Great place and location to stay

A/C wasn’t working, but making plenty of noise, though. The room was hotter than the weather outside

Good location, nicely maintained property, excellent staff

The staff and service was excellent. Property is showing some age but overall room was nice. Hotel is very close to transit and popular destinations.

It is in the center of copenhag which is very close to tivoli park

The location was perfect. It was close to everything and the trains were right there for farther trips. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

Great hotel with an amazing restaurant in the house. Wonderful view of the city and very friendly staff. Been here before and will certainly come back.

I’m disappointed to give this hotel just 2 stars. I've stayed here many times before, and it used to be fantastic. However, the service has declined significantly, the cleanliness is lacking, the AC wasn't working, and the breakfast was terrible. It’s a shame to see such a once-great place fall so far.

An historic place and a testament to Danish design. The lobby is particularly memorable. Although very well maintained, some aspects are a little dated. Windows don’t protect well against street noise. Aircon is a little noisy. Recommended however as you feel transported back in time.

I stayed at Villa Copenhagen for 3 nights before going to Raddison, and expected a higher or as high standard here. Sadly, this was NOT the case. The rooms are very run down, especially the windows, which have obvious issues with leaks and white rust in the aluminum. The AC units in the room were both extremely dusty and dirty, and the 3 Way valve in both of them is broken, so it woke our kid up several times every night, as it makes a loud noise everytime it moves (every 10-15 mintes). The toilet had visible black mold all over. The bed and floor were riddled with long black hair, which did not come from us, since we do not have dark hair, which indicates poor cleaning. When we came back to the hotel after a long day, housekeeping had left a big bag of trash in the corridor, and the whole floor stank like hot garbage. The view from our window (room 405) was promised to be a ticoli view, but while we did see some of tivoli, we mostæy saw a roof full of trash left from renovations, which must have been there fir some time, which is NOT to be expected from a 5 star hotel. Overall this was a really bad experience, taking the price of almost 5000dkk per night into concideration, and i would not stay here again, or reccomend anyone to stay here at this price.

I got a upgraded room..But Simon the concierge saved the day and helped me get our luggage held up at the airport and we got to our cruise with our clothes …!!
