Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen

I was on an overnight flight from NYC and got to the hotel at 8am. Of course it’s early for a room but the lady at the desk was not going to give a room. She suggested coming back at 1pm, then 2pm and finally got a room at 3pm on the button. Mattress was too soft, my back is still sore. Gym is open to the public and always very busy. Location is noisy due to above ground trains and fireworks from Tivoli. Bar at hotel is very pricey, for small sized drinks. I will stay at the Marriott on the harbor the next time.

Terrible experience. I booked this hotel expecting a 5-star stay, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. The room was filthy — dirty, stained towels everywhere, the bed was a complete mess with visible stains, and *the wall was broken and had been removed, exposing mechanical panels and construction mess. I have never had such a bad experience at a so-called 5-star hotel. I asked to change rooms, but unbelievably, the second room had the exact same issue — exposed walls and mechanical panels. The staff excused it by saying “it was clear in the system, but maybe housekeeping was busy.” Clearly, the hotel is either under construction or completely neglected, yet they’re still charging full price for rooms in this condition. There were serious safety concerns, poor management, and obvious issues with how the hotel is being run. I was exhausted after a long trip, just needing a clean, safe place to sleep — instead, I was met with filth, broken furniture, exposed walls, and total discomfort. This is false advertising and completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5 stars. Do not stay here. I strongly urge the platform and hotel management to take this seriously, review the condition of the property immediately, and stop misleading guests with false advertising. Safety and hygiene should never be compromised.

Great location. Friendly, efficient staff. Restaurant and bar on premises. Beautiful view of the city.

AMAZING

Overall decent. It did feel weird however, that my colleague who checked in together with me got an update to king size bed on 19th floor while I got my regular at 6th. Furthermore, I had issue and tried to order amenities for about an hour through the QR code before I gave up and went to bed. It went well when calling in, but in my opinion perhaps that shouldn't be necessary if you have an online alternative that is supposed to be working. My first stay was 5/5, this time around, could have been a bit better.

Fantastic location, very friendly staff and lovely rooms.

The location was excellent, very convenient to station and public transit, and staff were helpful. The breakfast was ample, though we wished we didn't have to pay extra for espresso. There seemed to be a noisy bar scene downstairs some evenings, but it didn't affect the rooms or sleep. We were amazed for the price (nearly $500 in the "Sky" category) how cramped the room was.

Wow...the shower pressure was incredible. But this is not a hotel perk .. it's only a lucky room. But the beginning and end of every day was kicked up a notch...also everything is state of the art... being from NYC...I was impressed.
