Banheiro mal limpo, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Café da manhã foi o mais fraco da viagem, não tinha salmão defumado, nem variedade de queijos. Fotos enganosas. Mostra o que não oferece.

The staff at check in were most helpful in getting an early check in. The concierge was an excellent gentleman who was very helpful and offered suggestions. The cleaning staff was efficient and did an excellent job. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with many options to select. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel and conveniently close to the centre, would definitely stay here again.

The stay was lovely & the hotel is really nice. We were given a corner room which had fabulous views of the surrounding area. Unfortunately we found the room cold. This might have been because of the amount of windows. Bathroom & toiletries all lovely with a great shower. Breakfast was a feast & in nice surroundings. Other than our thoughts on the temperature, we had a super time.

Gezilecek yerlerin özellikle de Tivoli bahçelerinin hemen yanında bulunması, merkeze yakınlığı, sessiz ve güvenli bir konaklama olması ile beklentilerimizin üstündeydi. Kahvaltısı normal bir Avrupa ülkesi açık büfesine göre çok çok zengindi.

I’m not sure how to rate this hotel. The issue began after my first night of stay. At 6 a.m. the following morning, the hotel experienced a power outage that wasn’t resolved by the evening. As a result, the hotel arranged a shuttle bus to transfer us to another hotel for our stay. Firstly, due to the power outage, we had to pack our luggage in the dark, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, the new hotel’s location was not as convenient, and the room was significantly smaller than the one we originally booked. Despite these issues, the hotel did not provide any compensation after I checked out. I paid for a five-star hotel that was very close to the central station, but in the end, I was deliberately relocated to a four-star hotel under the same group, far from the central location, because of the power outage. Shouldn’t the hotel compensate us for the price difference? Additionally, I am dissatisfied with the service quality of the alternate hotel they arranged for us. Firstly, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, and the water temperature fluctuated between very cold and very hot, even without any adjustment. Furthermore, the television in the room was non-functional. Even after checking out, I have not received any notice or compensation. I also reached out to Hotels.com staff, but I am still waiting for a response.

Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Merkezi konumda , büyük zincir oteli . Tren garının dibinde toplu ulaşıma çok yakın .Fiyat performansı sunduğu hizmete oranla ortalama. Odada bir şişe hediye olarak sunulmuş Şarap ve Nespressonmakinesi vardı . Bunun dışında İnsanı şaşırtan bir artısı ve eksisi yok.. Sürpriz yaşamıyım diyorsanız evet . Ama 5 yıldızlı otel lüksü arıyorsanız hayır. Birçok ülkede 4 yıldızlı otellerdende aynı keyfi almışlığım var..

En enkelt overnatning på hotellet med lækker morgenmadsbuffet og en fantastisk udsigt over byen fra værelset.

Gran hotel, muy bien ubicado, con todos los medios de transporte cercanos. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero bonitas, en general el diseño y sobretodo los muebles del hotel son muy bonitos. El desayuno es bastante completo. La parte más destacada del hotel es sin duda su gente. En una ciudad en donde, en nuestra experiencia, la gente no se caracteriza por ser muy amigable, el hotel excede las expectativas. Tanto en el check in, como en el restaurante, pero en especial en el concierge, el staff lo da todo. Kristian del concierge fue especialmente destacado con nosotros, ayudándonos a planear nuestros días allá, dándonos recomendaciones basadas en nuestro grupo y estando al pendiente siempre.

Great property, next to the Central Station, subway and the town hall! The hotel is well preserved, although with its eco friendly policy don't expect the rooms to be fully cleaned every day (although on arrival everything was perfect). Most of the staff is really friendly and willing to help you have a great stay (which, in our experience is not something Copenhagen stands out for). At the concierge, Kristian Hochmann was really amazing and he always exceeded our expectations giving us great recommendations based on our group characteristics and what we have already seen in the city. We were a large group´and he was careful specially with restaurants which tend to be unprepared or unwilling to receive large groups. He also offered a wheelchair for one member of our group who walks with a cane and improved her travel experience greatly.

ベッドでのご来光や夕陽、部屋からの街の眺めは最高でした。また、椅子などの調度品も気持ち良く、快適で清潔でした。

Det er et rigtig rigtig fint hotel vi følte os meget velkomne fra vi kom så vi gik vi havde en suite på 15. etage med udsigt over Tivoli selv der kører udrykningskøretøj hele døgnet rundt lige nede foran fyldte vi os overhovedet ikke generet som vi ellers har oplevet andre steder. Jeg vil gerne fremhæve sengene de var virkelig lækre og ligge i og rigtig god morgenmad.

Alt fungere bare. Vi er tilbage. Det er som at være hjemme. Fedt hotel.
