Great hotel that’s close to the airport and a metro station. Kind of far from all the touristy stuff but that was appealing to us! Nice to get away from all the crowds. Rooms and bathroom were nice. No mini fridge and our room was hot at night (can only speak for night because we were never in the room during the day), even with the window open. But I bet all hotels here are like this. Didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, so can’t speak on that. They don’t clean rooms unless you ask, which was fine. Didn’t stay longer than 4 nights. You are able to get fresh towels at any time though! Shuttle to airport was nice at 6:00am! All this to say, you won’t regret staying here!

Booked because of the hotel shuttle to the airport and didn't read the fine print that the shuttle has to be booked 48 hours prior. When I tried to call the hotel from the airport I could never get the English translation although I kept pressing the correct number for it. Wound up taking a taxi to the hotel and was able to book the shuttle for the morning. Everything else was perfect, clean, modern. I appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom, as we found they are not readily available in other hotels in Denmark.

Check in was horrible. Unfortunately we arrived at a "shift change" and 2 of the 3 staff members at front desk refused to help us. We had to wait until the new person arrived and signed into the system--a minimum 15 minute wait

You need to pre reserve the shuttle bus and good luck finding the location at the airport. After having 2 emails a day 3 days leading up to our check in. To “check in online to expedite you to your rooms” is a total waste of time as still had to queue to show ID. The only positive is the rooftop view of the bridge which was awesome. But make sure you ask for extra pillows before going to your room as it’s a joke

We arrived at the hotel after midnight and the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint was that there was only 1 pillow per person although we have no doubt that if we had contacted the front desk they would have sent more pillows to our room. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The breakfast area had an area where children could color pictures in coloring books. The hotel lobby had a play area with toys, a rocking horse and a play kitchen where young children could play

The hotel will send you an email telling you to do an online check in. Don't do it! At the end of the check in process, they ask for payment. I assumed it was for the mentioned fees/taxes. They charged me for the room again! When we got to the property, we were told this happens all of the time for reservations already paid through booking site. I will say they were extremely responsive. We had our refund in the bank in less than 24 hours. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean and well appointed. It is Copenhagen prices, but when in Rome...

Only stayed one night because we needed to be close to the airport. We enjoyed the room and lobbt. We had a great view of the water and the aquarium nearby. It was also nice to explore the area around the hotel as there are some lovely pathways to walk on as well as lookout points over the water. We appreciated the airport shuttle, which we had to book the night before.
