Second time staying here. Will definitely make it my first option coming in or out through CPH. Breakfast was great as well. Only comment is that it was so spread out, I missed out on the waffle section for my kids.

Very clean room and amazing view, the staff was very helpful and super nice, the breakfast was delicious and had many options, and the one thing that I would say could be better is a better TV for the room to connect devices. I’d rate this hotel/experience 5 out of 5.

I was welcomed to the light and attractive lobby by friendly staff who checked me in even though I was early, they also helped me with booking a table for dinner when the automated system wasn't working . My room has a sea view and was very clean, fresh and spacious with a bath overlooking the same view from the bathroom. I had dinner in Seating the onsite restaurant, this was good prompt but not rushed service and a small number of freshly prepared dishes. Also a short but good wine list. The breakfast had lots of choice and tables were cleared quickly. My colleague and I were able to work in the lobby and when the bar was closed tea coffee and cold drinks were available self service. This hotel is in a great spot, near to the airport but alongside the harbour and near to the aquarium so it feels like a holiday as well as a very nice business hotel.

Room was clean and relaxing, reception staff was super helpful, and friendly. Checking in early was a bit frustrating, their system tried to send me to a page to pay several times. I called to talk with them about it, and they got me all settled with what I needed over the phone! If you rent a car you will need to pay for parking. If it's a short time, you will just need to download an app called easypark. A lot of places in Copenhagen will require payment for parking, though.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We arrived at midnight. The rooftop bar was still open. You have to schedule your airport shuttle ahead since it's quite small.
