Great airport hotel

Clean hotel excellent place to stay

Everyone was helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The room was quiet. The bathroom was large and comfortable.

Room had a mildew smell

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport. As usual they are a little more to stay around an airport. This one came with no extras. Not even coffee. If you wanted a coffee you had to pay more. I feel we would not stay here again.

Nice proximity to airport. Shuttle available. Nice friendly staff. Modern and clean rooms. Nice restaurant.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Copenhagen. Easy transport link into the centre. Beautiful view from room.

Shuttle service was not available at later hours when i needed it and I overheard restaurant staff having issues with deliveries (seemed unprofessional to have that conversation in public).

Perfectly convenient for a stop over on route to our next destination. Walking distant from airport 15 mins. 8 mins walk to kastrup station into the city. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Looking out onto the water and from the restaurant at breakfast you can see planes coming in and a wonderful sunset or sunrise. Breakfast was amazing. Great variety both hot and cold and loved the do it yourself waffles making too! One let down was the spa £34 each and half the facilities were not working. The steam room and snow machine. Still a very nice pool and sauna space but we should have been informed and offered a reduced crate for half the facilities they advertised. Over all a great experience. I’ve stayed here three times now.

I like the design of the room. I dislike to pay for the poor quality of the service at the front desk: rooms are not having telephones anymore and front desk is ignoring the calls of the client, which are made with roaming charges. The front desk is unreachable, tv in the room was not working, front desk are not professional: put me on hold for the extended time - while being on hold I went from the room 534 to the reception, Teresa at the time was serving other client and then she finished, she invited to serve another client ignoring my call. That is then I asked why both receptionists are ignoring my call which i was still placed on hold. I was asked to stand in the line, at the same time I pointed to them , that I am waiting for quite a time on the phone and that I am already in the line via telephone. I was ignored, I was told by another receptionist that I am rude; I asked to speak to manager, but manager already left ant won’t be at work till Monday. Jill - another receptionist- was over talking me , escalating the conflict, blaming me and when she came to the room yelled at me and threatened to take me out of hotel … I had my husband on the phone through the FB messenger and camera on…he was witnessing Jill’s unprofessional and inappropriate and disrespectful behavior towards me. As soon as I pointed to Jill that my husband is witnessing her yelling and threats towards dislike

Second time staying at scandic strandpark and I absolutely love the convenient location to airport and the city and transport links are just amazing. Clean and fresh rooms and hotel in general. The skybar is perfect for chilling in the evening and watching the sun go down across the water. Watch plans land and of course get a nice beverage. Breakfast is delicious. We will continue to visit this hotel and give it a full 5 star rating.

Having stayed at this hotel several times in past 3 years and always been happy, we were disappointed this time to find the cost had increased significantly. It felt like staff wanted extra money for standard services. Breakfast is no longer included and a premium is payable for choosing to have it on the day. Check in is not allowed until 4.00 pm. Arriving 90 mins early, direct from airport, we were told our room was ready but we could not check in without paying 26 euros extra. At 4.00 pm the queue at reception to check in was long and slow which was unnecessary if guests could be able to check in a little earlier for free. This creates a bad first impression. Every time we passed reception during the evenings, there was always a long queue. Rooms are not cleaned or topped up without prior booking without clear communication of this and even then basic amenities were not replaced or beds tidied. No extra pillows were in the room and facilities felt too basic for the high cost especially as we had paid for a more superior room. As it was hot, we had the window open but it was still hot and very noisy with planes, cars and wind which disturbed our night. This was surprising as it is in such a quiet location. Overall, we were disappointed and will look for a different hotel when staying in this area again in future.

Was very nice experience

We stayed here 14 days July/August 2025. Ukrainian receptionist noticed our long stay so she made sure we got a room with seaview on 11th floor. Awesome. Breakfast at Scandic hotels are awesome. This didn’t disappoint. Be aware many patrons come around 9 so a hint is to come before or after. Hotel is close to CPH airport and hotel offers shuttle service back and forth (pick up drop off in front of Terminal 2) but must be booked on website in advance (easy). It’s a 8-10min walk to Kastrup Metro station and you are at the Copenhagen city center in 10-15min. There’s a nice bar on the top floor with nice views. Only negative is the dinner menu that wasn’t overwhelming but expensive. There are a few cafes and restaurants nearby but not many. Havne Hytten is an affordable diner/fastfood alternative. There’s a Netto supermarket 10min away where you can stock up if needed. I can recommend Scandic and I would return.

Best location to stay if you have a long connection flight. Excellent breakfast. Also, we got a room with beautiful view. Nice and friendly stuff. Yuliya on reception was kind and friendly and gave us a lot of good tips during our stay in Scandinavia.

Room was very clean and decent size.. bed was comfortable too. I wish Scandic also look at the feasibility to add coffee machine in room as well.
