The location was great and the staff very friendly, the hotel is in an old building which has its particularities, our room was quite small and the toilet did not work properly but it was clean and quiet.
Good breakfast but very hectic in the weekend, games available to play in the lobby and the bar was also nice.

The single room I was offered was very small and like the rest of the hotel very tired. Bathroom was extremely small and toilet not clean. I had to pay to be upgraded. Staff were helpful and understanding but this is the worst Scanic hotel I have stayed in - usually bright and modern (even in old building).Location was great but room offered was poor.

The hotel is very conveniently located for central Copenhagen & close to transport links. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. Temperature was hard to control as there was no air conditioning or thermostat and had to be done using the two radiators in the room. Every morning I was awoken around 6am as hotel staff moved metal cages in and out of the hotel for about 20minutes. Needlessly inconsiderate. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel in central area. Only con was that our room was over the main street which was noisy due to the honking and cheering from people on buses. Not sure if this was a special festival or typical. Would definitely stay again. The breakfast is great. I would just request a room on the back side of the hotel.

They let us check in early but charged us extra.
1st room-large roomy but OLD furniture, lights in deep massive old bathroom weren’t working so we asked to move to another room. Next room on the 5th fl was better, smaller but at least lights were working however room had stains on the heater, A/C was weak. Didn’t complain as we were exhausted and just wanted to take a shower and relax. The hallway on the 5th floor smelled awful. Not just musty but awful. They need to change the old carpet as I think that’s where the smell is embedded. Breakfast was decent. Same offerings everyday though. Gets old after staying for 4 nights.

This was a terrific location for my stay. Breakfast is wonderful with a huge variety of options. Got the hotel bike for a day and biked the city. The best way to get around. Room was comfortable. Bathroom is small. Perfect for a solo traveler

Convenient location to the Central Station and public transportation. Short walk to the trendy meatpacking district with restaurants and bars. That said, lots of drinking at night with accompanying noise and vomit on sidewalks.
Hotel has a good included breakfast with nice choices, including options for vegan and gluten free. Hotel is a bit worn and could use a refresh, but offers good value for the money.
