The location was great and the staff very friendly, the hotel is in an old building which has its particularities, our room was quite small and the toilet did not work properly but it was clean and quiet.
Good breakfast but very hectic in the weekend, games available to play in the lobby and the bar was also nice.

This property is DATED! The pros is that it is very conveniently located in downtown and a few mins walk from the Central Station and the staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel needs a remodel badly. It is old and it shows and the stairwell upstairs smells musty. Definitely not a 4 star hote, maybe a 3, if that.

The location of the hotel was great. We rented bikes from the hotel and spent the day riding all over the city. I liked being close to the train station as we took several trips out of the city by train and also to and from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the nice breakfast each morning. The only downfall was that the shower was not enclosed causing most of the bathroom floor to get wet. Other than that, everything was great.

I travel quite a bit and I must say how disappointed I was with this hotel. The room was small on the order that one may find in Japan. There were no English TV channels which I find odd in a capital city. What was most annoying were the plumbing issues, starting on day one with the shower clogged with water up to my ankles. On day two the toilet would not stop running. These issues were quickly resolved however. I found it odd that the large hand soap dispenser was empty on day 3. Along those same lines, I found it odd that there was no OJ in the dining area on day 2. The bar on the corner owned by the hotel somehow allowed their patrons to enter the hotel stairwell to create a racket, not allowing me to fall asleep. I rarely spend $200/night on a hotel room, but this hotel was about 4 blocks from the train station and offered breakfast so I went for it. I would very much stay clear of this hotel as there are many others hotels to choose from in the immediate area.

The single room I was offered was very small and like the rest of the hotel very tired. Bathroom was extremely small and toilet not clean. I had to pay to be upgraded. Staff were helpful and understanding but this is the worst Scanic hotel I have stayed in - usually bright and modern (even in old building).Location was great but room offered was poor.

The hotel is very conveniently located for central Copenhagen & close to transport links. The room itself was fairly basic but clean. Temperature was hard to control as there was no air conditioning or thermostat and had to be done using the two radiators in the room. Every morning I was awoken around 6am as hotel staff moved metal cages in and out of the hotel for about 20minutes. Needlessly inconsiderate. Breakfast was good.

Great hotel in central area. Only con was that our room was over the main street which was noisy due to the honking and cheering from people on buses. Not sure if this was a special festival or typical. Would definitely stay again. The breakfast is great. I would just request a room on the back side of the hotel.

It’s a value hotel, small room, no fridge and tiniest bathroom ever. That said, it was quiet room, comfortable, and the location near central station was excellent.
