Breakfast was nice but not free .

Hotel was ok room very small, no soap in the shower and if you arrive little earlier you have to pay extra to check in, for sure not like USA. But location was great you are 5 minutes away from Metra and main attractions.

The location is good, but that’s the only positive. The hotel is not worth the price. We booked a king/queen room but received two single duvets. We were also charged for luggage storage, which was disappointing. There is no phone in the room, so any request requires going downstairs or sending an email, even for daily housekeeping. Overall, it was not a good stay.

Perfectly adequate if you are looking for a bed - there were no pillows in my room and the curtains did not block out all light.

Room was clean. Quiet. Shower water over spilled into bathroom area.

Great locations and walkable to Nyhavn and around attractions. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Definitely we will be back to stay here again. Very recommended

The hotel was in such a good location! Super close to Nyhavn and other key sites! The facilities at the hotel were great, and the room perfectly suited our needs, even if it was a little small. There wasn't a huge amount of amenities in the room, but we were there for 2 nights and it did the job! Tons of places to eat nearby, including the original Gasoline Burger! One thing we LOVED was the bed! The 2 duvet/Scandinavian style has been a life changer for us....so much so we have duplicated it at home!! Would really recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Copenhagen.

I’ve stayed here two separate times, it’s a really good value for the city. I would have given 5 stars but felt kind of cheated by one worker at the front desk. We arrived well before the check in time at 1200 and some of our luggage was too big for the storage lockers in the basement. Instead of letting us know they can hold your luggage behind the reception desk for 50 DKK (which I only found out was an option when checking out), they led us to believe our only options were to upgrade our room to check in early or to wait in the hotel lobby with our luggage until 1500 check-in. Also, at one point in the room, I spilled some water on the carpet, I naively grabbed a small towel to soak up the liquid and was horrified to see the towel turn dark brown. The carpets definitely could use a good clean. Overall, the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. The location was unbeatable and everything else was relatively clean.

Despite being able to check in online and get a passkey you need to go to reception to get a physical card to make the lights work so online check in and passkey is pointless.

Clean-easy to navigate

All reception staff friendly, helpful and welcoming? Room was tidy and warm. Seating areas in reception were clean and warm and the prices at the ' mini' bar were reasonable. Will definately be boobking again next June.

Central location, compact but comfortable room, and decent breakfast. Overall, good value.

The room was dirty, when we came in the toilet floor was wet, carpet looks Like it wasn't vacuumed. There was inly 1 pillow and 1 towel. Very basic room. Like a hostel. Very tiny room. 3/10
