The staff and the service was amazing. I loved my room. The hotel was clean and I liked it. The restaurant cooked great food, including room service. I loved the breakfast buffet!! The pool was nice and the water was warm even when it was cool outside.

The staff is amazing. They are very pet friendly and treated my dog so well. They even provided a doggie bed for the night, treats, and a fire hydrant shaped poop bag dispenser. That is above and beyond service. I love this place which is why I always stay here when Im in Cuenca.

The staff is amazing, everyone in the hotel is so polite, the breakfast wonderful and Edison, the server always had a smile on his face!! Thank you housekeepers for your hard work!!

Well the pillows are hard but they change my pillows and the ac sometimes too cold or too hot but they fixed
The staff very helpful and the breakfast is a great buffet almost like a brunch.i love that they have their own taxis so i feel safe

This is the second time I have not received the VIP benefits nor any upgrade options. There was no one behind the front desk. I had to wait for over 15 minutes before a house keeping staff member notice me waiting and went to find someone to help me get checked in. I could not get a physical key to the room due to some technical issues with the room key system.

Welcoming and clean. Service was great. The breakfast buffet was superb.
The only things that I would change:
1) They need a hot tub / jacuzzi for the pool / spa area.
2) They need to offer the option for soft bed pillows.
