Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the rooms are stunning, comfy beds, extremely clean too! The toiletries in the room were so nice and such a lovely touch, we were even given some brownie when leaving the try! Breakfast was beautiful, we would defo stay again :)

You definitely get what you pay for.
Fabulous customer service before our stay and the Receptionists were all extremely helpful and welcoming during our stay.
The Seduction Suite was fantastic and the addition of Breakfast served at a time to suit ourselves was a great extra as otherwise we maybe wouldn’t have bothered.
Would definitely stay again and hopefully will look into the Hideout house next time.
The discount in the Fizzy Tarté for us was a great bonus too as we spent far too much money in there, but when it’s so much fun, along with a discount then who cares !
It was our Christmas present to ourselves so what a fabulous start to Christmas.

Stayed in the seduction suite for 2 nights. Fantastic room. Full top floor, lovely and quiet. Great breakfast. Close to amenities. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning

The staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and it was particularly nice to have it delivered to the suite. The only issue was the shower over the bath was a bit challenging. However our original suite had a walk in shower but the two flights of stairs were to challenging for my husband who walks with a crutch. If I had booked directly with the hotel I could have discussed our requirements with them. However the staff did everything they could to help.

Really good location, but located on a hill if anyone struggles with up hill walks, but an easy walk for those that don't. Short distance to all attractions with plenty of places to eat from close by. The Cranleigh is very welcoming and well ran, breakfast choice is good and done a great standard. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, check in was easy and you can arrive at anytime. If you park in the carpark opposit the accommodation between 2000 and 0800 you can get early bird parking for £1.50 for a full day, otherwise it is around that cost price per hour.

Room looked nice. Cobwebs all over light shade above the bed. Room was so hot we had all the windows open and 2 fans on and it was still too hot to sleep. There was no cold tap in the room so had to brush our teeth with hot water
