Nice location right next to Victoria station and 7 min walk from Buckingham palace. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Literally across the street from tube train station. (Back side of station). You can walk to so many places to watch a play, eat, or shop. Down the street from Bus station (Greyhound), and public transportation on every corner. The concierge was so nice, and helpful, the tour dates and times where perfect to see Camilla wave as she left the property. I loved how close everything was.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The food was good in the dining room but not great. Overall very good experience.

Had a very bad night sleep - room right by lifts and was very noisy from foot traffic and the noises outside. Room got very warm too. Disappointed with the room for the price

Overall, very nice. We stayed twice in one trip (before and after we went to Scotland). Would stay again. Very convenient to Victoria station. Safe area. Rooms are standard size for London but nice. Only true negative is restaurant/room service prices. Quite outrageous. Just get your breakfast/food elsewhere, and otherwise it’s great.

Bar staff add on 7.5 per cent for pulling a pint. Also bar closes at 10.30. It only stays open for residents who have paid a 50 pounds deposit for extras. I did not do that as I like to pay as I go. Even as a resident they would not take my order and pay by card or cash. I won’t be staying again.
