Loved the warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in. Everyone was very friendly, and we got our rooms very early due to availability. Breakfast buffet was a good value. Easy access to transportation, etc. Room was so nice with a wonderful shower and nice Queen bed! All in all a great experience for my first time in London!

The staff was excellent and corrected all of our concerns during our stay. We felt welcome and well cared for. The restaurant and bar were also delightful. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever return to London.
