Harbour Hotel

The room was so bad we refused to stay it was on fit to sleep in going to report the property to the council it should be shut down

No remote no tea coffee no toilet roll shower no working kettle did not reach plug Panels missing from ceiling in bathroom showing wires

First room had no power to sockets no toilet roll and no towels and second room had no towels or heating. For price I paid it’s still not great. Cheap but needs some Maintance and checks before letting rooms out

Sadly no towels or toilet roll. Was some toilet in the pan. Bedside light did not work and windows did not close. Had to go to local shop for toilet roll and use a pillow case as a towel.

The room was clean beds was comfortable and the location was great. but the lights on the bed didnt work, there was not enough coffee sugar and milk out and no tea bags at all. We was woken up at 2am from the ignorant people having a domestic next door. Also there was an awful stain on the matress.

I walked in the room and i was shocked by the smell and the dirty hell hole. I then booked a room in a different hotel and walked out. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!

Took over 20 minutes to gain access to property noise was horrendous bed was broken room was clean thankfully but no facilities no staff

No Balcony from my Room to go onto, just a scrappy Backyard and Roof Tops in View Don't think I was in the Correct Room I paid for as it was nothing like what's Shown in the Pictures on the Trivago Website.

On returning to our room someone else was trying to get in our room

Was clean and fresh me and my boy loved it

The showers was broken and nobody came to fix this the shower unit had mould in and the bed covers from the previous guest hadn’t been changed cause there was stains and hair on the bed and sheets Very poor all around

The property itself can’t really be faulted, cheap, clean, efficient. What was an issue, thru no fault of the hotel itself was the other guests in the building, slamming doors, running around and banging on doors/walls all night! Along with the distinct smell of cannabis drifting into our room in the early hours. We had a nice stay but won’t be returning purely based on this.

Room was very basic, it was that basic the coffee and tea making facilities didnt have a spoon to stir you drinks, the cups were like thimbles too. Bed was very uncomfortable with only one pillow each. Upon returning to the room we found another couple trying to get into our room after it was double booked which was worrying.

Shower didn't work and the pillows were non existent

Clean bedding and towels, Freeview tv, kettle T & coffee. Fantastic frt door key pad.

An okay stay. Didn’t try WiFi as 5G was great. Shower was lovely and warm at night and freezing cold in the morning. No staff. Anywhere. None. Not even when the local crackhead tried breaking down the main door between 12:00-04:00. Just wanted a lighter and for his Mrs to let him in, but even she’d had enough of his mouth. Needs some mould remover and a toothbrush on the shower seals and walls- other than that, we had a delightful time. Would stay again if I was on a night out and rolled in at 5am. Best part about it, was the KFC over the road. Good luck, may the odds be ever in your favour.

For the price we paid the accomodation was well worth the money the staff were very helpfull we felt really safe local to everything would definately stay again

The whole hotel was smelly and dirty my family that I booked it for where traumatised by tha conditions and didn't stay there and found another hotel
