Holiday Inn COVENTRY M6, JCT.2, an IHG Hotel

Hotel is tired. The rooms are basic and the heating or air conditioning didn’t work. My room had not insulation and it was absolutely freezing at night. I will never stay at this hotel again!!! Terrible!

Great friendly, helpful staff happy to assist than you need. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This was a nice hotel on the edge of town, easy to get to from the highway. The only negative was that there is no lift, and my mother struggled on the stairs. I don't know if we could have requested or gotten a ground floor room, as that would have helped. The breakfast was very good, by the way.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, hotel facilities are great, breakfast great, the location was convenient. Close to supermarket and fast food chains. Value for money.

Nice modern hotel. Quiet, comfortable and great breakfast. Standard rooms are very small - premier rooms much better. Staff very helpful especially Justine at breakfast.

Excellent Stay at this hotel. Rooms and hotel was immaculate and recently renovated. The staff were all very professional and friendly and breakfast was fantastic. The rooms were very comfy and well equipped but a little on the small side but that is literally the only downside to this otherwise wonderful hotel.

Excellent base for my visit to The NEC Birmingham for Gravity Car Show , very clean and comfortable. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Every was very clean and tidy

3 of my colleagues cars got broken into and it made me uncomfortable knowing there’s no security yet there’s a £10 charge for parking?

It was a very pleasant stay overall, the reception staff were especially helpful. I would stay again.

Only complaint is that I was supposed to have a free upgrade. I wasn’t given one

Everything was to our liking

Had a family emergency and was told on reception they would refund the second night but then after I’d left they have now said they will not refund it. Very poor given the circumstances. Just want your money.

Standard room nothing exceptional - expected to be clean, and was. Air conditioning worked, bathroom air extractor was not working. Iron was available. Tea / coffee and electric kettle were available and working. Internet worked very well - Only stayed one night so TV was not used / accessed.

Having stayed in the Holiday Inn Darlington the previous night and having a terrible experience I was worried about what I would find at the Holiday Inn. Any concerns disappeared on entering. The hotel foyer was inviting, the reception staff professional, welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was immaculately clean, well furnished and inviting. The restaurant staff could not have been more helpful and in comparing with Darlington the quality of the ingredients and production of the meals were very good. The range of food at breakfast was again excellent. Overall the experiece could not be faulted.

Great stay and Jo on reception was exceptionally helpful, cheerful and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was very good except the hotel bar ran out of Guinness which was very disappointing...
