Holiday Inn Express LONDON - GREENWICH by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Can’t fault it other than no air con but aware this wasn’t the fault of the hotel. I will stress, they did provide fans

Hotel was a basic chain. We were only there 1 night. Were seeing Peter Kaye at the O2. My only real gripe was breakfast. The buffet items were very limited abd of poor quality. The sausages were terrible, bacon very salty, hash browns were inedible.

Parking was quite expensive

The staff here have been the best staff I've ever met in a hotel chain. The area is very quiet with just a 10 minute walk to the 02. If youre going to an event i would recommend staying here!

Great location if you are going to the O2. It is just down the road, easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stopped for one night as a pit stop to Le Shuttle and to explore London, arrived early sorted an early check in for us and made sure we had air conditioned rooms. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Next morning we had breakfast before we left, which had a good range of food and drinks.

Food options is okay. I would like to suggest that instructions about using the key to enable the lift be explained during check in.

Clean room, comfortable bed with good facilities. Staff very helpful and friendly. I am staying at this hotel again in a couple of months time as in ideal walking distance to the 02 arena.

Stayed here for 1 night for a concert at the O2. Very close to the arena. Quick bus ride away. Arrived early and was able to check in 45 minutes early which was good. Room was ok, did the job. Disappointed that the room didn’t have a fridge as it was warm and I needed to leave a drink and sandwich in the fridge. Bed ok, pillows comfortable. Basic selection for breakfast from toast, cereal, yogurt, full English but good breakfast. It is frustrating having to pay for parking in a hotel when the car park is the hotel car park. Parking should be free for hotel guests. Staff were welcoming and the check in process was quick. I would stay here again if coming to the O2.

No air conditioning ! . The room was so hot , especially with the warm weather . As the windows are fixed closed , there is no means of fresh air .The hotel supplied a small fan , which was totally unacceptable , was impossible to sleep at night , only managed three hours sleep ! . I paid £185 for this !! .

Room clean with a good layout and comfy beds.

First staying at HIE Greenwich and it was a good one. Staff friendly and approachable, hotel room was clean, breakfast was great too lots of cold and hot options. And leas than a 10 minute walk away from the 02 arena and IFS cable cars.

Staff was courteous, comp breakfast was good, were able to accomodate by allowing earlier check in. Room could've been cleaner however, needed more thorough vacuuming, and dust particles from A/C unit littering furniture beneath it.

A busy morning breakfast service but staff were on top of everything. Just a lovely stay from start to finish.

Property was clean and staff was friendly. Not very close to tube station but walkable. The hotel is just old and dated.

Very friendly staff -went over and above Lovely breakfast too. Shame the Aircon wasn't working, but the fan did help.

Good location for O2
