Holiday Inn Express MILTON KEYNES by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Had a most enjoyable stay, comfortable beds, really helpful staff, easy to find and close to the Stables which is where we went for a show All in all a brilliant experience

The hotel was very conveniently close to Bletchley Park, which was the reason for our visit

Room had everything we needed. Sofa bed was great to sit on while reading or watching tv. Bathroom excellent and space for our own toiletries unlike lots of hotels. Spotlessly clean! Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast selection really good. Great value hotel.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I arrived around midnight with my children after a long flight, only to find that the room we booked for four people was not ready — the beds were not made, and my kids had to wait even though it was very late. The condition of the toilet was far below expectations and did not match the photos shown online in Expedia ; it was very old and poorly maintained. Additionally, the breakfast was of very low quality and not enjoyable. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Friendly staff and well maintained hotel

We travelled down for a funeral, and needed to be in the room 2hrs early,and the staff were brilliant at arranging this for us

Great staff both at checkin, out and during breakfast Room is a bit small, but fine for a night away. Shower was good

This was a stay over after flying into Heathrow on our way to the Dales. We have stayed here before and always enjoy our stay. Great breakfast in the morning. A nice welcome to the UK

Very good accommodation and breakfast had excellent choices

Hotel was clean, staff friendly. The breakfast was good also. The breakfast on the second though kept running out of hot items. When asked they said they had a staffing problem The beds were so uncomfortable especially the sofa bed. I slept in the sofa bed with my youngest. I was awake most of the night in Agony. Slept in the main bed on the second night and it wasn’t much better. The hotel was situated close to where we need to be so that was great.

NICE HOTEL DO NOT PARK IN THE CAR PARK IF YOU OWN A VAN NEARLY EVERY TIME I VISIT A VAN HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO

Easy check in, very pleasant staff, check if everything was okay. Lovely breakfast in the morning kept fresher and fresh. Room was clean everything was working nice quiet.

Lovely room, lovely dinner and breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely go there again.

Close to central mk, nice rooms right never to a restaurant

Everything about this hotel was basic. Room. Decor tired, staff unwelcoming. Breakfast basic uninteresting. Hotel appeared to be in middle of industrial estate. No character and forgettable.
