ibis Hull City Centre

The room was clean, comfortable and an amazing shower room. Will definitely stay here again when back in Hull. Also the staff were lovely.

Great value stay in a great location. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The room was warm and comfortable with a great shower and a comfortable mattress on the bed. We could not fault our stay at the Ibis. ( a great breakfast too )

The hotel is generally ok and corresponding standards & expectations, however it's quite smelly in some of the rooms.

Dust everywhere and cobwebs all over the room high up but still? Heating in room didn't work room cold, i did tell them the next morning but not until next morning i couldn't be bothered to go down late at night so put up with it. Staff very polite.

This property is so perfectly siuated in Hull City centre it is a five minute walk to all transport links the train station Hull bus interchange taxi cabs and is situated minutes onto the main A63 road .You are already in the centre of Hull and are surrounded by all of the major department stores shops restaurants cafes bars nightclubs all within walking distance as are many of the local attractions. The Ibis rooms are spacious comfortable clean and have a great walk in shower with perfect complimentary toiletries and fluffy large toilets ,there is a good and varied food menu and the staff are great friendly helpfull and professional i will return

As near to the room I had asked for in advance some weeks ago ahead of my stay due to disablement, but ended up being as comfortable, though the car park was somewhat noisy.

Very good, close to the high Street, train station and bus station, close to restaurants. Very friendly and approachable staff always willing to help.

Clean and comfortable room - basic but had everything I needed. Friendly staff. The parking on Osborne Street is very handy and still incredibly cheap for a city centre for 24 hours.

The check-in was smooth and staff really friendly. However, when we got in the loft the hotel started to look dated and need of repair. When we got on the floor for our room there was a strange chemical smell, which didn't get better in the room. There was a big brown stain on the carpet and the room had a strange chemical smell. Staff were quick to move us and the room was better, but still dated. It is a shame as have stayed in Ibis hotels previously and had no problems.

Perfectly nice hotel situated in a drab inner-city wasteland.

The room had a whole in the ceiling and the toilet had a drip all night in room 5. We were not happy that our room was not up to standard.

We didn't partake of food as we were eating out all days with family & friends in Bridlington.. Everything else was absolutely 💯 Thank you for a great hassle free stay!..

Staff was good room look good but room have damp smell so will say must check wall between toilet and room floor was slightly wet as well thanks

Staff were great, room was clean but maybe a bit shabby. A couple of the lights didn’t work, some of the fixtures were a bit worn… but good enough fif one night!
