Had a nice night stay when visiting the theatre, fantastic location only a 3 minute walk from the Alabhama, nice clean room,hot water for bath and nice food from the bar. Reception staff very pleasant also.

The hotel was very well placed for the Alhambra and Bradford live venues would definitely stay again if going to see a show .Hotel very good but breakfast was a bit chaotic and waiting for food to be brought out,however the food was very nice .

On the first night of our arrival, we discovered that there was no heating and no hot water in our room. The following morning, we received news of a sudden bereavement in the family and had to return to our home town, which is a two and a half hour drive away, to attend a funeral. Before leaving, all guests in our party were forced to take cold showers due to the lack of hot water. This made us unwell and affected the start of our stay. I have existing health conditions, including a recent case of pneumonia for which I had been vaccinated only a few days beforehand. Sadly, the cold temperature and lack of hot water caused me to become ill again. When we returned to the hotel, we found a note from the management apologising for the inconvenience. Although the gesture was acknowledged, it was not enough considering the seriousness of the issues and the impact they had on our wellbeing and overall experience. These circumstances have unfortunately spoiled what should have been a comfortable and restful stay. We normally plan to make an annual booking every November. However, after this experience, we may need to consider taking our business elsewhere unless the matter is properly addressed. Mr Jamal.

Difficulty experienced in checking in. We checked in for two days but were not recognised as having paid for breakfast and were locked out of the staircase & our room on returning the second day. Keys had to be revalidated at reception. There was only one chair in our double room. We had to request the desk chair so that my wife & I both had somewhere to sit. We had a noisy room adjacent to the elevator ( 401).

I was given a room with a fully adapted bathroom I didn’t need that had no shelf space at all in it for a toothbrush. But the room also had a door to a separate carers room next door. This should have been offered to a group not me since it’s very noisy and I had to complain after midnight about the noisy film keeping me awake. It spoiled my night. Connecting Doors should be soundproofed.

Seemed a little under staffed as the wait to check in was longer than I'd usually expect and reception staff were having to stay late to cover. Bed was so hard and the pillows were even worse, a really uncomfortable night. Rooms are clean and spacious enough and overall it's a nice hotel.

After staying previously at Leonardo hotel in leeds ,I was expecting a great time but was wrong. The bed was comfy and the lady that checked me in was very friendly and professionally. But at the room i was disappointed not to find any toilet paper at the bathroom. I called 3 times and 3 times was told someone would bring it and never did. I ended up washing up with water which i feel so embarrassed about. The room was clod even with the heater on. I wont be coming again no Thanks.

Helpful staff at checking in however the petit lady at bar in response to our request for a few ice cubes after we purchased cans of coke declined our request by stating there were none left meanwhile another barman provided ice cubes to others. Very disappointed. Also dust on toilet roll holder.

Relatively new building, which means its updated, but very thin walls. Every time someone shut a door nearby, the entire building shook. The staff was nice. The restaurant bar downstairs seemed like a nice place to hang out. Nice location, It's across the street from central Bradford public mall, a very short walk to the Science Museum, the theatre and dozens of restaurants.

Don’t do it. When checking in I wasn’t told my room number, where the lifts were, that the restaurant was shut. My room smelt of an acquired plant, bedding smelt like wet dog and had to be changed. My tv wasn’t working. Not one sorry at all.

We opted for breakfast to be included, yet each morning the person in charge of breakfast seemed a little annoyed that we were claiming a breakfast for him. She pointed out that it was only free for under 11s - but we had paid, as far as we were aware. Also, the bedside lights in our triple room were very weak LEDs and were not good to read with.
