Leonardo Hotel Bradford

Room size are congested where other hotels in same category and less price give you with big size room. beds are too small , I wouldn't say its good enough size for 2 persons to sleep, really disappointed. staff are not really welcoming. there is no hotel parking but next to it parking place which give you 24 hours parking for £10. I would rather stay somewhere else there are plenty near to the town, £1.50 parking for 24 hours, with free breakfast and less price

Hi The hotel was nice but we had an awful stay because of a smell.  We could not open the windows.  We could not go out.  We were  feeling sick and nauseous.  There were 4 of us in my family and we had 2 rooms. We will consider before staying here again if that is what it’s like at the hotel. Thanks.

The only problem I had was in the shower. I got my foot tangled in the shower curtain and fell. The shower curtain was much too long in the room I was in, it virtually covered the bottom of the bath. When I fell I badly bruised my right arm, but luckily enough I didn’t break anything. I was going to mention this when I was leaving, but there was no one in reception so I left it. Please be careful and check your shower curtain. Apart from that incident, I had nothing to complain about and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here as it was a 20 minute drive from the airport and said it has parking next door. When I arrived, I’d checked in online so the process of getting my key was quick and I went up to my room. Upon entering, it was evident the room had not been cleaned since the previous guest checked out. The bed was unmade, the bin was full of rubbish and the previous guest’s towels were still in the bath. This was obviously off putting but when I went to reception the 2 ladies quickly sorted me a new room (and kept telling me that the room I was originally assigned had been marked as cleaned) and I just assured them it hadn’t. A new room given and I headed up to settle in. The room was fine. A few marks here and there but that has obviously come with time (faint splatter marks on the walls, marks on the bath etc.) but the room was comfortable and spacious for a one night stay. My real issue came when I checked out the next morning and went to the Centenary Square car park. As instructed by the hotel, I downloaded the Park Bunny app, which clearly states the car park is 24 hours, paid for my parking and went to the hotel. At 4.15am when I went to get my car it became evident that it isn’t 24 hours and actually gets locked between 12am and 6am. Not great when you’re going to the airport. I think this is mainly a problem on the payment app for the car park however Leonardo need to be careful about directing customers to use the Park Bunny app when the information is inaccurate.

Excellent location near the town centre but the hotel is very peaceful. Lovely clean rooms and the staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Nice hotel but very basic and uninspiring decor, room was comfortable but plain and like a hospital room. The room was supposed to be premium but was really anything but. I was there for 2 days and the bottled water wasn't replaced when used although the biscuits were? Staff were very friendly and helpful however. Food was limited, not much choice, but the hotel is only a short walk to the town centre where there is a decent choice of restaurants..

Best hotel stay soo far. Always come back here

Was a good size room with effective heating and cooling. The bed was large and very comfortable and all in all the rooms are of a very good standard.

Clean comfortable room, easy check in

Good location. Friendly staff but breakfast was chaotic with lots of people waiting for items to be replenished and having to ask numerous times for plates. Other than breakfast needing some work a decent stay.

Staff have lots of attitude, no real customer service, not enough food for breakfast. Terrible service you get better service from other hotel providers, need to teach staff that hospitality means being nice and going the extra mile. Will not be booking again. Looks like white people were better served.

Really handy for bradford live and alhambra

Tired needs refurb really but ok for one night. Was not impressed paid for late checkout to have them knocking on the door to kick me out at the normal time when I paid £30 for late checkout
