Loved everything about our stay. Pool and hot tub were good-sized for Europe. Open late too, so we took advantage of them. Great location and not crazy just outside, but close enough to the sights for walking. Would gladly stay there again.

Good hotel with amenities in a brilliant location. Great for families. Room needs better pillows as they were hard, so do insist as it took a few asks to sort this. But overall very nice stay

The hotel was nice, and we really enjoyed the pool. The staff was friendly and welcoming. When we arrived at 3 PM, our room was not quite ready, but the staff was very empathetic and offered us drinks while we waited. The wait was only about 30 minutes, so it wasn’t a big inconvenience. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower stall leaked a little, causing water to get onto the bathroom floor, so we had to use towels to absorb it. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. I would recommend it.

In a hot summer, the air conditioning was most welcome. A 3rd floor room was well appointed and quiet. The fitness space was one of the largest I've seen in a London hotel with significant equipment. Dinner in the restaurant atrium was tasty, served quickly, and priced as expected. Walking out the door to St Paul's makes this location unbeatable with multiple Tube stops nearby.

Vibrant hotel in London, close to an excellent area and many little pubs and cafes. Cross the millennium bridge only a few minutes away and you’re at the Tate museum and on the southbank wall towards the London eye. I’ve absolutely loved it. My room was fantastic and a very good size. Just add smoked salmon at breakfast please! I’ll definitely come back.

I would like to express our gratitude for the Duty Manager Ahmed, who helped us solve our room and AC situation ( during heat wave week ) He made sure our stay is as comfortable as can be. Rooms are clean and all staff are friendly and professional. Location was great, near many cafes and restaurant and two supermarkets. Tube was minutes walk. I will surely stay there again when I am in London.

Location is good. Everything else is a disaster. To put it mildly, it’s a sh*thole that they try to spruce up to look like a good hotel. Something about it makes it feel like it was once low-income housing/a flop house before it was purchased. Peeling wallpaper, threadbare bathrobes and towels, stains on the carpet, 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner, sparsely appointed rooms, aging furniture, Staff is fine but don’t give you much other than trying to sell you on breakfast or joining their stupid loyalty program. As if I’d ever return. We asked reception to help with a strange cussing sound - no one came. I could go on and on. All the hallmarks of a 3 star at best. How it’s rated highly is beyond me. Also way overpriced when there are nicer hotels in the area. The epitome of “putting lipstick on a pig.”
