Room was a bit dated. But comfortable. Breakfast was a riot, not enough tables and food was not replenished quickly. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, and in a fantastic location.

The checkin was straightforward. The problem was we ordered a Twin room but ended up with a Double Room. We tried to call Front Desk but after letting it ring for about 6 minutes we gave up and tried 3 times more and no-one answered. Wet hen tried to order room service and again pressed the Room Service button again about 4 times but again no-one answered. My husband went down from the 12th floor to speak to someone. The lady on the front desk was busy and so he went to the bar and spoke to sa male staff member taff and was explained the problem. He said that we should be pressing number 6 to order room service (no where is this mentioned). He took our order and upon returning to the room he pressed number 6 but it was out of order. When the food arrived it was cold and no bottle opener. The waiter return with said item and we said that food was cold and he apologised and that was it. We mentioned all the above to the lady on Reception and she said she woudl report it to her Manager and someone would be in touch but todate no-one has. The good points about the hotel was location for Knightsbridge and the view from the room.

Abdul at bell service was terrible. He brought our luggage to the Sloane street entrance because he did not want to take it down the steps on the other side of the hotel. Sloane street is a busy street, with lots of traffic. The taxi could not stand for too long and he refused to help unload the luggage off the trolley.

They provided a smaller room and were not ready to fix until threatened to leave. Phone didn't work and they didn't fix after 2 requests. Light in the room and toiled was controlled by the same switch which didn't allow to use the light in the toiled at night. Multiple outlets didn't work.

Parking says £45, but is actually £60. I guess they use this for false advertisement. We paid for a room with a city view, but there was no city view. Online it says they do breakfast room service, but they do not. I ordered rose petals as an extra, but did not get them. All fake advertisement to entice people, if I’d have know the above, then I would have booked elsewhere, there are plenty of other nicer hotels for cheaper in the area. On top of this, I have still not recieved a refund for the no city view, apparently it is with head office and nothing they can do. Seem like scammers to me!

Awe full mismanagement and poor services. 1- When we arrived heard hotel is fully booked and they do not have room for us as it was booked by travel agent(Expedia). After almost one hour finally they accepted to give us another room. 2- next day asked us to repackage and move to a twin bed room which was booked by us almost 3 months ago by Expedia. 3 - 4 hours wasting our time for repacking and unpacking in new room. - given room to us actually does not have “WIFI “every they we claimed for WIFI and they send somebody as technician and this guy confirmed that that there is NO WIFI IN OUR ROOM.but no reaction - at the day 3 o talked to manager of hotel and she promised to send an engineer to solve our problem but nothing happened. - at day 4 again I talked with the same manager of hotel and she said working on our wifi problem and try his best to solve problem by day after. I told her , we booked this hotel for 6 days and even if we have internet at day 5 is useless as we will leave before 8 am of next morning to reach our flight back home Canada and asked her to return part of our hotel charge to compensate giving a hotel room without internet to us through Expedia and also wasting so much time of us and every day upsetting us which she said I ask from my director and let you know.which of course nothing happened. I expect Expedia to do something as hotel millennium and its personal pissed off our vacation in London.

Very average. The reception staff is polite but not warm or welcoming with the exception of their concierge Zoltan, who was helpful and friendly. I think if the room wasn’t dusty and had some essentials in the bathroom, it would have been ok.
