Novotel Newcastle Airport

Due to flight issues we needed a decent hotel close to the airport at the last minute. This Novotel more than lived up to the billing as the rooms were very nice and public areas excellent. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. All round a good find.

Arrived very late from a delayed flight at Newcastle Airport (3.30am). This was no problem for check in and the person on the desk was so lovely and cheery considering the time. Gave us help with parking the car and then got straight up to the room. Big room, very clean and a super comfy bed and pillows. Slept very well in the room despite people coming and going. Didn’t hear too much. We opted for the breakfast for convenience when we booked. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and GF options. Coffee machine and cooked breakfast all good. We would recommend and come back. Thanks so much!

A one night stop, to visit Newcastle. Not actually at the airport, it was a brisk 10min walk from the Kingston Park Metro, a couple of stops away. In the unseasonal heat, the aircon of the room struggled to keep the room cool, but otherwise no complaints. Having inclusive breakfast proved exceptional value, as it was very well stocked.
