Orchard Hotel

Won’t change towel for the 5 days stay. It will cost 1 pound per towel change.There is no heat in the room.The carpet in the room looks old and stained.You can hear cars passing by all night.

Paddington station is very close! You are near a lot of attractions and in a great location. Staff is amazing and the rooms were nice.

Hotel in great location. Breakfast is not on for very long considering guests were queuing up to get in. Water very slow in shower.

Breakfast could have been better no bacon or sausages

Room was small but clean, staff was nice, breakfast was alright, we got towels and hand soap and don‘t have anything to complain about. The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from Paddington station and only a few minutes from souvenir shops, pubs and restaurants. Good for staying a couple of days

Room is good size but toilet is small. Coffee/hot water at the lobby instead of in-room is inconvenience. Location is good near bus stops and having a lift is a plus. Staffs are very friendly.

Very clean and fresh room with a modern bathroom. Really friendly staff from check in to breakfast and check out. Would be better if they have at least a free toiletries too save handing to remember them.

A decent budget hotel. My room had radiator leak stains on the floor but the bed and bathroom were clean. Okay in a pinch.

Good sized room. Decor a bit old and tired but good value for money. Breakfast basic. Easy walk to Paddington Station and other transport options nearby.

Arrived about 9 45pm, went to our ground floor room, had quad beds. The heating didn't work so I went to the Reception and there was the Receptionist and another man. I said our heating didn't work, and the Receptionist said with a smile' Oh the heating comes on from 10pm for an hour ' I just dumb founded just said' It's December ' The other man said if it 10-11pm.then I can give you a heater'. I said I'll take the heater now!. He said he would get it and bring it to the room.He followed me back into the room where my friend was waiting and proceeded say I'll show you how it works' and did show how it works. He said when it's warm enough switch it off... My friend looked at him with surprise and shock, he saw that and said 'er or you could put it on off as you want.'. He left and my friend and went over these events and could not believe what had happened! Then it was still cold and we found that after the demo of the heater he had switched it off!. So we kept it on all night! The carpets (1990's) were old ruckled in parts especially outside ensuite to the point of being a trip hazard. We both are mobility impaired. The ensuite shower was found to have some hairs in it, and there was no kettle, ( Supposed to be as a, standard in 3 star!, we found out via looking at reviews in the hotel had a lounge come luggage room, where you could get a coffee in there but you couldn't take it back to your room! Couldn't believe it!.Breakfast reviews, were dire so ate out.Who let it be3*.

GOT a room in the basement which was close to a very noisy aircondition or something- impossible to sleep as it started every hour during the night

The room was good air for money and the reception desk team were friendly. My only quibble was there wasn’t any shower gel. Fortunately I had my own. I loved that there were enough towels .

I liked the location of the Orchard Hotel -being situated close to Paddington Station. The hotel was very clean. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very basic & I feel more choices would be an improvement.My room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. However the room was cold -the radiator was switched off.

Location is great. The hotel building is not in its finest years but acceptable.

Clean room, staff friendly and helpful, location is great for travel, room is tiny but exactly enough for one person looking to travel affordably that only needs a place to sleep.
