Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre London Heathrow

The hotel feels very automated especially at check in. We were told on arrival to use auto check in; no customer focus. The shuttle service starting at 5:30am is very late start for intl early flights.

Poor communication. Unable to contact hotel either by phone or email despite contact details being on the website. Self Check in not straightforward and when our key did not work it took to long to resolve. Food and drinks expensive.

Last minute stay due to flight issues

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, however my tv didn’t work I rang down to the operator 3 times about getting it fixed and they said that they would send an engineer out. 3 times I had to ring down and still no engineer came

Got a room not made up at first but the gentleman that helped with my luggage got it all straightened out quickly

Lovely hotel - just the one night but good nights sleep and a great breakfast - bring on the long haul flight

Arrived at 23:00 hrs. Checked in and went up to room only to find it had not been cleaned. Informed reception but despite requesting that someone come up and meet with me a card for an alternative room I had to go back to reception with all of my luggage to collect it. So from arriving at check in to getting to room was 20+ minutes - not acceptable. Mistakes happen but you should be able to resolve.

Property was in a great location. The property is very dated and could use an upgrade. Chairs in lobby were stained.

Booked to be close to the airport, which it was. Hotel did not reach out to ask about transfer requirements, and I left it too late for a speedy response from them, so had to sort something out through an alternative source (weknowlondon), which worked well. Check in was a little slow, as my room booking from Expedia could not be found initially, but the staff member sorted it. The hotel is vast. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, the safe did not work, and the TV kept switching itself off, which was annoying. Staff were helpful, and the bar area was nice to sit in. Hotel prices expected, but perhaps not the automatic service charge applied to drinks you collect at the bar yourself. Overall, the hotel served its purpose as a stopover prior to an early flight.

Even though everyone at this hotel is probably going to the airport it’s very difficult to get a taxi or shuttle.

Comfortable room. Long corridors. Carpets a bit threadbare

I had a difficult time learning whether or not they offer transfers from the airport. The front desk person was difficult to understand. I had a very long walk to my room. The corridors and rooms are in need of refurbishment.

The rooms never seem to be cleaned at a consistent standard. Found sweet papers from a previous guest when I took occupancy this last time and a time before the toilet seat was dirty. The TV screen was faulty and kept turning off automatically

We were in the lobby watching people come and go. We were seated in area near water station. We had gotten water from the clean glasses side. , but it got really busy in the lobby. People stopping as going in and out. The clean glasses were used and people started using used glasses and laying them back down. This happened several times before someone came to add clean glasses.. I think this area needs to be monitored better

Never leave reviews. But I had to for this trip. Shower head literally did not work. Only the one coming out of the tap worked. At 6’4 it did not stretch to my head. I had to squat in the shower to wash my head. At the price point you at least expect a shower.

Had to check in ourselves which was not simple to do and even then the queue was LONG! No idea how not so tech savvy people cope. Restsurant Filini was diabolical. Due to a long queue was savvy enough to book a table and return, to be told by the manager that 'did you reserve this recently?' And be told to come back again in another 45mins. I HAD A TABLE RESERVED! To be THEN told at 7pm that it was buffet only and no a la carte because 'we have 600 people wanting to dine'. And at £30pp with very little choice of food available on the buffet. Both rooms booked were booked as a double and king bed. Both were 2 singles pushed together! No king or double! There were short black hairs in the bath. The shower was cold and the TV didnt work. Called reception to ask them to fix it and they kept cutting our call off! So i managed to fix it myself. Rooms are noisy, can literally hear someone fart upstairs or next door. Would never stay here again.
