24 hour reception so no worries about late check-ins… (might have to let them know if there’s a chance of this though?)
Room was great for family of four. Rooms are very quiet - I think soundproofed. Breakfast was really great! I only marked it down slightly on the cleanliness etc due to state of carpet in our room but really pleased for the money.

Easy to get to off the M5, just keep in the right hand lane to turn right as the sign isnt very big or easy to see at night. If you miss it just drive out the services, back around the roundabout across the motorway and back into the services. Restaurant food was nice, we had the steak. We didnt have breakfast as left at 4am. This is the second time we have stayed. Would stay again as good value.

The room was ok and the bed comfortable, I managed to get a good nights sleep.
However, the food wasn't the greatest, the breakfast choices were limited and the cooked breakfast was cold even thought it was under heat lamps.

Lovely welcome, helpful staff but understaffed. Room was perfect but let down by the catering side. Good choice of breakfast but hot option was cold. Booked a meal for the second night but was told a lot of options unavailable. One member of staff trying to check in guests and do food orders and one chef trying to help with orders but couldn’t use the till. We would stay again but would hope these issues would be sorted.

Terrible food - breakfast was inedible and evening meal poor. Room was freezing with no heating control details. Lights didn’t work on the switches and the hallway carpet looked like a pub carpet that hadn’t been cleaned in years.

Customer service was absolutely first class I was treated extremely well from check in until check out I stayed for 4 nights and got to know the place and staff quite well it’s a well run very professional hotel and extremely good value for money!!! I’d definitely stay again if the need came up 10/10 from me!!

The room was functionally comfortable.
The air conditioning was not working so had to utilise the provided portable radiator to provide needed heat.
The most frustrating part of the whole stay is the QRCode. Great idea in theory, as it saves printing all the hotel guides and menus. In practice all the links produced 'bad gateway' or 'access denied' messages. 🙄😞😠
All credit to James for managing a recalcitrant kitchen who didn’t want to take any more orders as they felt rushed.

On arrival told we had been upgraded to a family room as they were over booked. Checked into room to find it freezing cold, when informed reception was told “oh yes the heating is broken in that room”. Moved to another room that had a wall heater that worked.
Very tired hotel with stains on the carpets in the room. Needs a good update and refurbishment!

Sheets were stained so is the towels.
House keep didnt do requested hoovering. Overall our stay was okay. Some of the staff mebers weren't very welcoming or professional. However some of them did wonderful job. Even tho i been double charged due to 3rd party problems. I only been informed on arrivel. Also try to tripple charge me for a late check out. Location good. Its an okay place for a quick rest or a short getaway.
