It was very nice, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I found this property very easy to accommodate a break between flights at Heathrow. I was close to the airport but it was quiet with many in room facilities for comfort. The dining on site was tasty and generous portions to keep you feeling satisfied with time changes. Service was good and it had a full breakfast option with accommodation for food allergies. Will stay there again.

Lovely aparthotel with good breakfast and even a happy/social hour in the evenings. Rooms are comfy, clean, and have everything you need. Parking was tricky and the carpark was completely full after 6pm, but we managed to sort it.

The room was great, good size. The service could have been better as they seemed short staffed, but perhaps that was because it was a bank holiday. When I checked in I was on my own with my 1 year old and luggage plus pram and car seat. It was clear that I couldn’t manage it all and when I asked for help I was pointed to a huge trolley that I thought only staff use. So I had to carry my daughter in my arms while struggling to push this huge trolley and no one offered to help. I would say that is quite poor service for a hotel. Other than that it was a good stay.

Near airport, convenient but beds were really uncomfortable. Very hard and unforgiving. Parking space limited.

Really lovely hotel very convenient for a flight from Heathrow. Modern and welcoming. There’s a really lovely touch on a Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday of a social hour where there’s complementary nibbles and wine. Hotel staff were very attentive. Sandra and the team at breakfast went above and beyond.

The staff was courteous and the room, evening snack and breakfast represented good value. Only issues were that the room safe did not work and the television had to be reconnected. We were staying overnight before a transatlantic flight, and found the stay enjoyable.

Loved breakfast options

Probably the best stay ever, the staff were great, clean room and very good space in the room. My only issue was the breakfast, hoped that it would be better.. But this place is terrific, highly recommended.

Close to the airport and enjoyed the food at the restaurant next door (holiday inn). Free breakfast was good.

Very clean and spacious rooms

The room was clean, modern, and great for our family of 5. The updated bathroom was amazing, with a wonderful shower that had tons of water pressure. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific value for the money

The property smelled very strong. We had a large bag of garbage sitting outside our room the entire night. We were placed in a handicap room, which got water all over the floor when we showered, but we were only given two towels. We had three people in the “suite” and there were no extra blankets or pillows for the pullout. I had to call the front desk three times to get blankets and a pillow to the room. Zero customer service. I will never stay there again!

Excellent stay. Staff very helpful. Parking ports didn’t work but they went out of way to get me another port free. Breakfast was excellent expected continental but was full English, pancake machine, fresh fruit, pastries

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It’s great that they have a free laundromat. Detergent is inexpensive. Shuttle to the airport is pretty inexpensive as well. Nice decor. Very clean. Well priced. Breakfast is included.

The room wasn't very large but was well appointed. It was nice to have a little kitchen. Bathroom does not have grab bars or a non-slip mat...and, well, I slipped and fell pretty hard. Staff did not know where the closest grocery was located or if they carried stamps for a postcard. Spoke to 2 different front desk agent and they did not have answers to my simple questions. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay.

1 hour away from most of london. But conveniently to airport and exploring all of england as it is central and able to get on main roads.

Very comfortable. Great value for the price.
