Great design, beautiful views of London from top floor. The cosy room was small but well appointed. Excellent sound proofing. A more comprehensive mini bar and coffee machine in room would have been a plus. Nice shower and good size, clean bathroom. Room service food very good and the breakfast was excellent, although a little expensive. Service was great, we enjoyed our stay.

The whole vibe of this hotel is friendly and funky. The décor is urban chic. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and super efficient and instantly make you feel valued and comfortable. We stayed in a Cosy this trip which was just as described! Small, perfect for a quick overnight when all we would be doing was changing and sleeping, it was very well appointed including a clothes steamer. Last visit we stayed in a Biggy as we were staying a couple of nights and it was a wonderful spacious room, perfect for getting settled into for a whole weekend or longer. Probably my favourite London hotel.

Having stopped at the Holborn Hoxton many times, we have this one a go when visiting nearby for a party. The rooms were nice - nicer than the Holborn hotel, with higher ceilings making them feel roomier. Decor is great throughout the hotel and staff were friendly. Only major downfall is the breakfast - the full English is missing many components, and those there were pretty lacklustre, apart from the bacon. Service was confused, brining me 2 coffees, neither of which seemed to be a flat white like I ordered. Views of the city are great. Not as central as the Holborn hotel, but very close to Southwark station and Waterloo so still easy to get around. Nice walk from the hotel along the riverside to Tower Bridge and borough market.

Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area.

The bathroom has NO OUTLET so you cannot dry your hair in front of a mirror. Housekeeping did not wash glasses or provide clean ones. Front Desk staff were GREAT. They did not serve coffee and pastries on the ground floor food service as advertised and forced US to take overpriced buffet on 14th floor. DO NOT EAT on 14th floor. We also had dinner there and it was just so-so. Location is not central for tourists.
