Close to the Borough Market and Tate Modern. Good access to public transport. Beautifully decorated room. We would have liked it to be slightly bigger so that it would be easier to place our 2 big suitcases, or at least have a chest of draws to unpack our things.

This is an awful hotel. Too focused on being trendy and not on customer service. WhatsApp service doesn’t work, someone entered our room when my wife was on her own and staff weren’t bothered.

Was ok. Just really overpriced for what it is compared to other places in London. Over £350 for one night is crazy for the size of the room and the facilities. Location was ok. Again, not great.

Lovely boutique hotel and the staff is absolutely the best by far. We had an accident in the city and the staff were extremely helpful, every one of them at the front desk. Each of them offered their support and help in any way they could........well above what hotels are usually like. Thank you so much Hoxton.

Very nice hotel! The room itself was cosy - we had two largish/medium bags and two hand carry and we were pretty snug. Only downside was the size of the bed ... Double bed was pretty difficult when you have a partner who's a turner!!! .. honestly would stay here again! So clean tidy and just an amazing vibe all the time! Definitely recommend!!!!

Lots of positives ! Enjoyed our trip a lot. The snug room were nicely appointed and quiet on the 3rd floor facing a park. Bathroom was great , lovely shower . On the negatives there is very little . Bathroom sink didn’t drain. Lounge seats in the foyer looked shabby.

Elevators did not function. It became interesting how we guests connected over the stupidity in the programming of the few elevators that were working (several were just - out of order). Nice hotel - but there are other nice hotels in the area that also have great elevators, that actually work.
