Amazing hotel and services. Spa was great, only wish they provided hotel guest robes and slippers too as we ended up bare footed which is quite hazardous. Otherwise I loved the hotel and ambience. It was celebration for my husbands 40th and he was quite please too. Will definitely recommend

The property has a very attractive lobby area.The staff are all very pleasant and welcoming. The pool whilst small is nice and warm and is in a relaxing setting. The property is in walking distance to the shops and I would stay again.

This was our second stay at The Midland, and we chose it to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary, so we were really looking forward to returning. Unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to our previous experience. While the hotel itself has a fantastic reputation and the staff were friendly, the room was quite disappointing, particularly the bathroom. The ceiling looked like it was about to fall in, and there was noticeable dust and cobwebs around the edges of the ceiling. It gave the impression that the room hadn't been maintained to the standard you'd expect from such a prestigious hotel. I expected much better attention to detail, especially for what was meant to be a special occasion. It's a real shame because we've always thought highly of the hotel, but this stay left us feeling disappointed.
