For a hotel of this calibre it’s not the stay we were expecting, the staff weren’t very accommodating, the breakfast wasn’t fantastic, I also asked the hotel prior to our stay about putting something in the room for my partners birthday which they never done. After visiting Manchester for the last 10 years and stopping around the corner at the Edwardian we decided to give the midland a go and sadly am very disappointed.
