Staff were helpful and friendly.
Dulcie in restaurant was very helpful and efficient.
Front counter staff directed us for the Airport bus, but it wasnt a puckup point. We only just made the plane by taking a taxi.

Great location in the city center. Breakfast was great. Room was very small. The bathroom was small but had great water pressure in the shower. Towels need to be upgraded and washcloths should be provided. And they did not provide extra pillows if you need more than one.

Holes in the roof, dust everywhere, gravel and dirt on the floor. Window view directly to the hallway with 0 sound isolation. Could hear everything my neighbour did in the bathroom.

Great location. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast had great variety. Needed a bit more storage in room for clothes. Wi-Fi and tv worked fine. Great view from room. Door sometimes didn’t lock when leaving room.

The staff here was very helpful and friendly every time I came by with a question. The location in Tromsø is unbeatable. You can walk anywhere in the city center within 10 minutes or less. The room itself is a little worn and plain for the price you are paying, but everything else about the hotel made up for it. The lobby area is a nice place to sit and relax at and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, I loved my stay here.
