was a bit disappointed. Good WiFi. Small room. Got overcharged multiple times by the staff at the bar. Ordered the same thing and it was charged multiple dollars higher everytime. $12 for a shot of vodka is legit robbery ! Next day. I got a drink at the bar around 1:45pm as well as two other people and was asking for another one and was told that the bar wasn’t open until 4pm. It was literally open prior to. Lmao. Wish I would have stayed somewhere else but I got this off TikTok. I’m so stupid I paid 20 plus for a long island ice tea that taste like juice. 17 dollars for a whisky sour that wasn’t even half way to the top. This is straight robbery. This bar robbed me. They thought I wouldn’t noticed. Everytime I would order a drink , they would add a dolllar and some change. I purposely ordered the same drink, just to see. And they charged me more everytime: please DO NOT AND IF YOU DO ORDER FROM THEM!! Check ya bank statements . I am a well travel person and all I can think about was wow, wow , wow , wow. They really are robbing people. Room was ok. Medium temperature. Small. Livable. No issues. Sauna was ok. Didn’t attend the pool. I would personally skip this hotel or even the city. Lastly. Hats off the chef. Every time it was delicious. The front staff were awesome. That’s why I won’t rate it low. Customer service is a must.

Very kind and accommodating staff, great value

Warm and comfy room, good breakfast buffet, convenient transport links, efficient check in/out process.

Interesting property both outside and in the rooms. Location was great for us as it was on a main road from the airport to the city. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious but you need to upgrade from the standard ones to cater for international passengers and their baggage. Best of all was the fantastic hot tub, spa and pool area. Sat outside in the snow in the hot tub-what a great memory.

My room door was open my whole entire stay. I had asked staff members if they could come and fix my door because it wouldn't lock. Luckily the valuables I had I carried with me. It’s just obscure that our room wouldn’t lock. I had two children with me and my husband. All the staff would do is apologize but it’s unfair to pay a lot of money and to be thinking in the back of your head “is someone going to go in the room and go through our stuff”

In comparison with the pictures, the rooms were very small for two people and a lot of supplies needed to be paid for such as slippers and even the sauna. Additionally, they didn’t have any toothpaste or toothbrushes.

Smart and cosy room and yet comfy. Conveniently located between airport and the city centre.

A a great modernise hotel with smart lighting in room as standard. I would definitely come and visit again and stay at this hotel also spa facilities are top tier. Though disappointed with the gym facilities as a big gym user myself

Nice Hotel. Quiet when above ground floor, nice corridors. Room was clean - but small. Disappointed that initially there was no table in the room, I had to commandeer one from the corridor. No fridge either, but staff were happy to store some items in their fridge for me. Lovely bed with spotless linen Breakfast for me is just coffee and juice - although I didn't find the coffee that appealing and there was no orange juice so I had to have an alternative. The Breakfast area was very busy - but the staff were excellent! Overall the staff were very good. Hotel was close to public transport stops.

Great service, good room and a lovely restaurant.

The room was very cozy, and beds comfortable. Furthermore, the spa-area - especially the heated tub outdoors - was excellent!

Gym is very small and always crowded. Sauna and swimming pool the same

Unique spa hotel with pleasant, cozy wooden architecture and massive co-working spaces. Very quiet, clean, pleasant room. The hotel attracts work groups, families and young party people alike.

Everything was perfect

The wellness center was my reason for booking. It was very busy in the evening, but the morning was sublime! I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, pool, steam room and sauna. I didn't visit for business but the meeting rooms and work spaces were awesome.

Breakfast was great! Everything looks new too. The bathroom didn’t have enough space. The sink was too small.

Brenda new hotel. Small rooms and my college dorm room was bigger. Self check in is absolutely insane takes longer and will result in reduction of staff hance less service. Restart is not open on Sunday. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great breakfast Quiet rooms

Excellent breakfast! Cool facilities/buildings and nice decor. Close to bus stop. Not very walkable to eat, but easy to hop on bus going in a few different directions. Felt safe and was a good home base. Changing the thermostat did nothing and it was kind of hot a couple of nights. Room was small but everything was comfortable and the price was really fair. Overall would recommend.
