Staying Valo was exceptional, the room was a bit small. Staff had great costumers service,daily house keeping. The food was excellent, I will definitely recommend this hotel and work to everyone. It's every you need I a vacation.

The hotel was super pretty, staff were always helpful, both the check in and check out were easy. The breakfast was super good, greatly recommand the blueberry juice which I basically became obsessed with.

Excellent breakfast! Cool facilities/buildings and nice decor. Close to bus stop. Not very walkable to eat, but easy to hop on bus going in a few different directions. Felt safe and was a good home base. Changing the thermostat did nothing and it was kind of hot a couple of nights. Room was small but everything was comfortable and the price was really fair. Overall would recommend.

had a fantastic stay at VALO Hotel in Helsinki. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable from the rooms to the common areas, everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights was the rooftop absolutely stunning views over the city, especially at sunset. The rooftop sauna experience was also a real treat, offering both relaxation and a beautiful vantage point. Highly recommend VALO for a comfortable and memorable stay in Helsinki!

It was warm and cozy, I loved the wellness area, the breakfast and customer service was good as well as the location of the hotel.
I did not like the size of the bathroom esp the washing sinks its too tiny.

The reception were helpful and pleasant. Staff kept the reception area clean and presentable.
Cleanliness of the room was mediocre as I found multiple hairs from the previous clients around the bathroom and floor. Also, found a small dead mosquito or fly on the blanket. Floor of the room was not in best shape, as stains can be found.
Soap dispensers were not refilled, even though I removed and opened them from the shelf/bracket.
Overall, I give it 3 stars.
