Had an amazing stay in Paris! Everything was perfect, from the location to the overall experience. The highlight was definitely the staff—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made me feel so welcome the entire time. Truly made my trip even more special. Can’t wait to come back! Everything was great! Close to the underground and the breakfast was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Small room but clean. If you get a classic room nothing will come with the room. Not even coffee.

This place was amazing, the staff was very friendly, professional and very helpful. I loved the location that’s the best part about this hotel. Stephanie the Manager was amazing, she makes our vacations more enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and obviously I will come back without any doubt.

Great location. Two min walk to Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaulle-Etoile train station. Ver walkable to Champs Élysées. Close to McDonald’s and Starbucks as well as many cafes/restaurants. We arrived early and staff was able to keep our suitcases on site. Room was small, Ac was not working so we opened the window however room was very clean. Staff was friendly.

Staff are very professional and friendly. Location is so convenient with many store and restaurant. I would stay here again. However, the elevator is very small and the everything is cramp including the hallway, bathroom. Metro is minutes away only.

Aircon isn't working, telephone isn't working desktop light isn't working. TV all French no English

We were really disappointed with our stay. The room was so incredibly small that both my husband and I could barely move; we had to place our luggage by the door just to get any space. The toilet was tiny, and the room wasn’t even clean—there were cobwebs on the ceiling. The air conditioning didn’t work at all. Before we arrived, they even emailed us asking why we were staying, and when I mentioned it was our honeymoon and requested an iron and board, they told us it would be brought up shortly—but it never arrived. Everything just felt cramped, neglected, and not at all what we hoped for.

The hotel is strategically located, with helpful, friendly, and welcoming staff. There is a hop-on, hop-off bus nearby, as well as many attractions and shopping options within walking distance. Our room on the 5th floor had an amazing view.

The Hotel is in a convenient location, near everything, is clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, bright, no complaints about it The only thing I believe it needs some improvement is with the breakfast menu because everyday is the same type of breakfast, there’s no variety, we had scrambled eggs or boiled eggs every morning, then fruit (same fruit) juices (same juice) coffee and pastries. The flavor was good, pastries and croissants were fresh, everything fresh but sadly, same menu. Other than that we like the hotel very much.

The hotel was very clean the room was small but confortable for me and my husband. There is a lot restaurants near by amd the train station close by. The hotel staff were very helpful. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience with this hotel! If you are expecting a big hotel with big rooms and full of American tourists this is not the place for you. But if you want a delightful boutique hotel, perfectly located with a charming and friendly staff this is the place! Can’t think of enough nice things to say about this hotel. We would urge you to take the breakfast add-on. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day! We will definitely come back on our next trip to Paris!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s typical for Paris—and you’re not visiting Paris to spend your time in the room. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic, literally steps from the Arc de Triomphe. There are plenty of lively bars and restaurants right around the hotel, and if you walk just five minutes into the surrounding neighborhoods you’ll find excellent bakeries and authentic local restaurants. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

It made exploring the city both convenient and magical. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Waking up to such an exquisite view of the Arc de Triomphe felt like living a true Parisian dream. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the warmth and professionalism of the team. Alex and Theo ensured that everything was seamless from the moment I arrived. Abdauleye always welcomed me with the kindest smile, even when I returned late at night, making sure I felt safe and cared for at all times. On my last day, Mar brightened my morning with her cheerful energy and a delicious breakfast recommendation before heading to the airport — the perfect ending to a wonderful stay. The hospitality at Hotel Plaza Étoile is genuine, thoughtful, and deeply memorable. Paris felt even more special because of the warmth I experienced here.

The hotel is convenient to arc de triomphe. Friendly staff and clean hotel. The room is very small but ok for 1 or two people.
