We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s typical for Paris—and you’re not visiting Paris to spend your time in the room. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic, literally steps from the Arc de Triomphe.
There are plenty of lively bars and restaurants right around the hotel, and if you walk just five minutes into the surrounding neighborhoods you’ll find excellent bakeries and authentic local restaurants.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

My stay at Hotel Plaza Étoile was truly exceptional and one of the highlights of my time in Paris. The location is unbeatable — just steps from the Arc de Triomphe, surrounded by charming cafés and restaurants, with effortless access to the metro. It made exploring the city both convenient and magical.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean. Waking up to such an exquisite view of the Arc de Triomphe felt like living a true Parisian dream.
What truly made my stay unforgettable was the warmth and professionalism of the team. Alex and Theo ensured that everything was seamless from the moment I arrived. Abdauleye always welcomed me with the kindest smile, even when I returned late at night, making sure I felt safe and cared for at all times. On my last day, Mar brightened my morning with her cheerful energy and a delicious breakfast recommendation before heading to the airport — the perfect ending to a wonderful stay.
The hospitality at Hotel Plaza Étoile is genuine, thoughtful, and deeply memorable.
Paris felt even more special because of the warmth I experienced here.

之後要就住沖先唔會整濕地下

之前通过旅行社订，告知订双床房。结果到店是大床房。英文不好，和前台沟通困难。请司机帮忙沟通后告知双床房全满。被迫多订了这间房。
酒店位置很好，价格么同区域内也算便宜。只不过酒店很小，房间也很小。确实很有年头了。对住宿环境要求不高位置要求高，这里是个不错的选择

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We had a great time. They have the best location, less than a 5min walk to any metro that will take you anywhere you wanna go, including Disney, also many bus stops around. There are multiple restaurants, cafes, bars, all near by which is very convenient. Staff was very kind all the time. The room was great, a bit small but we had everything we needed. We had Eiffel Tower view and saw it sparkle every night from our window. The hotel may not have many amenities but honestly we didn’t need them since we spent most of the day out exploring. AC wasn’t working this time of the year (March) they said they only have it on in the summer, afternoon naps were a bit sweaty but we didn’t mind much.

Overall it’s a great place to stay close to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. Rooms are a bit smaller and need some updating but ALL staff were super welcoming and accommodating. Mar was great and friendly when we arrived and was very helpful.

Really have no complaints besides the standard room is pretty small but location is great, hospitality was awesome. For my first time in Paris, I really have no complaints. Great hotel in a great location & depending what room you have a nice view of the Eiffel Tower! Def will come again & will recommend for single and/or couples!

Staff were amazing. Very courteous and helpful! Room was small but to be expected. Breakfast was great. Easy to get anywhere from the central location. No more than an hour walk to any tourist locations. Very lovely.
