Really impressive hotel. Cool clean and calm foyer Check in straightforward and very helpful front of house staff. Our room was immaculate and the supplies were really lovely. Defintely would stay here again

The Novotel is a great option for staying in Nice. It is comfortable, reasonably priced, convenient to public transport for exploring Nice. It takes just a few minutes to get to the airport with their super convenient shuttle, which runs 24 hours, and departs on every hour and half hour. The staff was able to rebook us into the same room we had just checked out when we had to return to the hotel from the airport after our flight home was cancelled, saving us from having to wait to check-in.

We had a very pleasant stay at this airport hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being so close to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Only one night for next day early departure back to US. Perfect location for airport. Hotel has complimentary airport shuttle but we decided 15 minute walk too convenient to pass up. Only surprise —no miniature shampoo/conditioner /body wash. Glad I had extras. Bar & restaurant stylish & tasty.

Very pleasant stay at up-to-date nicely renovated and clean facility. Free shuttle service every 30 minutes 24 hours a day however it’s first come first serve and if you’re not the first seven people, then you have to take next shuttle 30 minutes after. Even though we showed up 10 minutes earlier for shuttle, there were already seven people ahead of us. We just decided to walk to the airport because airport is literally on the other side of the road approximately five minutes by walk— the only inconvenience was having to walk with our luggage. Our flight was too early, so did not get to check out the breakfast. Definitely recommend this place for future day.

Great hotel with an excellent location,loved seeing the aeroplanes land and take off from our window and a gorgeous view of the sea. Everything was exceptional only one slight downside was the TV there was no Internet connection and everything was in French but not a huge problem the view from the window was better than TV. The restaurant food was very good too,slightly more pricey than out though.

Very nice hotel. AC does not work well in rooms. It was much to hot and the system is not set to cool. Same problem last time we stayed there. You are sacrificing the comfort of your guests to save money on AC. This was the hottest week on record in France . Not a good policy on your part .

They advertise about drop/pick up service from airport. I requested to be picked up from airport, they said shuttle will be there and did not show up. For drop off I requested the night before the travel and they said that we need to go to front desk 10 mins before the ride is needed. We went to the front desk and only 1 staff member present, there is no driver to drop off. Instead the staff member suggested us to walk, we had around 8 pieces of luggage and we had to lug around early in the morning at 5am. I booked this hotel as it is close to the airport and for the drop off/pick up service. They didn’t deliver on what they advertised.

If your flying out of the airport in Nice the next day this is the place to stay. Nice Airport has 2 terminals. The hotel has a great Shuttle service if your going out of terminal 2 and the main entrance to the Airport and Terminal one is 2 minute walk from the lobby of the Airport. They have a nice bar and restaurant, modern clean rooms with AC and the staff was excellent.
