Novotel Nice Arénas Aéroport

Most of my stay has been good. Check in was good and restaurant staff were amazing and greeted us warmly. Food is good. Hotel is clean. I would have given a 5 star. However, I have to mention something about the receptionist handling shuttle services.We told receptionist we were waiting for shuttle service to airport during check out and told her again 10 minutes before shuttle service time as the notice on the counter clearly writes about. However for some reason, I was told to come back the third time to the counter to request the service 5 minutes later as if the receptionist (Terra) could not care more. With all our luggages outside at front door, I felt it was unnecessary and robotic and there was no explanation provided. I would like to see some customers oriented attitude from some young female receptionists. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Breakfast buffet was excellent

I had to rebook a hotel while in France and the Novotel was easy and reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Onsite restaurants and bar are nice. Staff was professional and pleasant. They stored my luggage for me while I was in Cannes which helped me tremendously. The free airport shuttle was easy to find. I called from airport information desk and they explained how to find the pick up location. I waited about 20 minutes and they helped me with my luggage. I would definitely stay here again.

It was easy to get to the hotel when I was at the airport. There was a phone I dialed. They told me exactly where to get the shuttle. From the moment I stepped in the hotel into the moment I left. I was very happy. All of the staff assisted me this was my first trip to France. The restaurant on site was delicious Ziad went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Helping me to find a driver. When I come back I will definitely stay at Novotel again.

4 minutes from the airport with shuttle service. Clean, comfortable bedding. Convenient for a 1 nite stay.

Excellent location, clean and great staff.

Not good for families- we literally lived in furnace for 2 nights with the AC on which did not seem to work as expected. Very congested room, toilet and bathroom does not have exhaust fans/ ventilation, the air feels suffocating. The bathroom does not have a slide door or tub, which makes the wh whole bath area flooded after even a quick shower. We start sweating right after the shower because there is no ventilation. Floors are not clean. Ideal for a person or two for very short stay.

Internet was terrible

The breakfast is extremely overpriced for what you get. The eggs were like rubber, the bacon was undercooked and stuck together and they really could have had a cereal bar and/or hot cereal available. Pancakes were cold with no warming plate.

Beautiful, clean and nicely furnished hotel. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Free shuttle to and from airport is a plus.

Convenient hotel and clean. It is located right across the airport. Hotel has a shuttle to airport that runs every 30 minutes. There’s a restaurant inside the hotel. Friendly staffs. In the future, I will definitely stay for an early flight leaving the next day. There’s a water filter cooler on each floor by the elevator which is a plus!!
