歯ブラシとスリッパがなかった。

空港に着いたのが23時をすぎていたのですが、ターミナル内の電話から連絡をすると、シャトルバスですぐに迎えにきてくれました。 お部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフのみなさんもとても親切でした！！

Personalen är alltid tillmötesgående. Deras navette kommer snabbt, när man ringer från informationen från terminal 1 eller 2. Bra frukostbuffé och stort urval på deras meny i restaurangen.

Flott hotell nærme flyplassen og gangavstand til togstasjonen. Vi er 2 voksne og 2 barn som bodde på familierom og det var god plass på rommene. Frokosten var helt grei, men ekstremt dårlig utvalg av glutenfritt noe vi dessverre er litt avhengig av når vi reiser.

This comment is only for the Novotel Nice Arenas Airport because other Novotel hotels in different locations might have different services. "Only the executive room can have the slipper..."which was told by the reception when I asked for at the reception. This was a small thing but made me uncomfortable! From a customer view, I just don't understand this policy. As a 4 star hotel, do you want to use this policy to improve the loyalty of your executive customers and let them feel different? or you really want to reduce your costs in the Novotel Nice Arenas Airport by this policy? Perhaps there is no issue that you don't make the slipper ready in the standard room, but when customers ask for it, you should provide it!

Det har vært et meget tilfreds opphold på hotellet, veldig sentralt og nær til shopping og byen. Maten og servicen var helt strålende. En liten ting vil jeg nevne, at den ekstra sengen ikke var like god som den ordinære sengen.

Chambre ok mais dont les amenities sont vieillissantes et pas de kit salle de bain (coton, etc).

We really enjoyed our stay here the night before our flight out from Nice. The airport was literally in walking distance and they also had a shuttle for us. The night before we were pretty tired so we didn’t even want to go out and we didn’t have to do the Bar and Restaurant were fantastic as was the service. I would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was plenty and rich. Reception was kind. though no early checkin available.... Room was so fine and very nice bathroom and separated toilet.
