Novotel Suites Reims Centre

When we arrived we had t checked about parking( our fault I just assumed we could) but their car park was full and the receptionist kindly let us stay in one of the disabled spots as we were leaving by 10 am. I was very grateful for this after a long drive. She mentioned roof boxes are a problem as the car parks are all underground.. otherwise lovely stay on our way back from skiing.

Overnight stay for a family of 3 on our way to Calais. Perfect location to explore Reims. Hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was served from 6am which was great as we were up early.

We had a great stop over on our drive home to Scotland from Italy Room was spacious and bed was extremely comfortable.

Great location near the heart of Reims with good, safe parking.

Very nice updated hotel with good air conditioning (middle of summer this was a necessity). Bit of a walk to the city.

overall very good, not so convenient to the city centre, it’s quite a walk, very few dining options near the hotel As a 4 star hotel it would be nice to have regular glasses in the room instead of carton gobelets housekeep was good, staff in the hotel was helpful and attentive

Staff were friendly and helpful. They assigned parking spots without taking license plates. However, there were no signs indicating such in the Parking Lot which was challenging when another guest takes your spot and was full at night.

“The Superior room is spacious enough for a family of four. However, our room had a malfunctioning toilet flush and the TV remote was missing batteries. Despite having a secured car park next to the hotel with six visible free spaces, the reception staff falsely claimed it was full, even though it was only 16:30 and guests were out for dinner. The next morning, four spaces were still available. After a long drive from Lyon with tired kids, this was incredibly frustrating. We won’t be booking here again.”

Great hotel and have used this hotel for over 15 years.....good location and benefitted this time of the refit that was done this April to the whole hotel.

Great hotel for an overnight stop on the drive back to the UK. Easy access and parking and short walk into the town centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall was great! Good Location, new decor, comfy bed, gerät amenities. However, when we wanted to take a bath at night , we found that the bathtub valve didn’t work and couldn’t release water. We can’t enjoy a hot bath after a long day. As it was Sunday, no one can fix it but the Concierge boy really helpful to offer a room for us, although we haven’t take that, we appreciated his effort.

Great location for Reims centre. Only slight issue was breakfast on Saturday at 0930 was very busy, we had to wait until a table became free and the buffet was pretty sparse.

Excellent stay! We had interconnecting rooms for our family of 5. Best WiFi we ever had in a hotel (kept kids happy), TV allowed screen casting (which kept kids even more happy since they could watch their own movies), rooms had separator screens (again much appreciated by kids to give them a bit of privacy) and service was excellent too! Room keeping very considerate and polite, reception staff efficient and helpful, breakfast busy but well managed. Location very handy with a 10 minute stroll to the pedestrian area and restaurants. Car parking a few metres away from the hotel in a garage. Can’t fault this hotel, really enjoyed our 3 night stay!

Fantastic family room, spacious with everything you could need. Friendly staff.

The toilets were too small and had to fit or even turn inside. The worst part was they were separated from the shower which was a horrible experience. The toilet was smaller than an aeroplane toilet who wants this experience on a holiday. No parking facility
