Everything was good! Near the Eiffel Tower, staff mainly stayed out the way but accommodating when engaged. Rooms were clean and amenities were sufficient for our stay.

The property is well maintained with friendly staff. Located near plenty of restaurants (walking distance) and under 20 mins to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed during the heat wave - highest temps 110F - and our room maintained 70F.

Our stay at Rayz Eiffel was wonderful! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, the metro, and many great cafés and restaurants. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and very quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Paris. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and any questions we had. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, especially in the evening, and was one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, Rayz Eiffel exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish hotel in a fantastic Paris location.

Perfect location. It was nice to have AC during a historic heatwave and a beautiful balcony. I would have rated this entire stay higher if we didn’t have to deal with Lynda. Ultimately, there was miscommunication with her. Instead of acting professional, she argued and then refused to help out when I left an item. With that said, every other staff member was wonderful. This was quite a splurge (yes we had a balcony), and there are many other options I would consider instead of this hotel when coming in the future.
