Everything was good! Near the Eiffel Tower, staff mainly stayed out the way but accommodating when engaged. Rooms were clean and amenities were sufficient for our stay.

日本時は注意なのですが、朝のチェックアウト時にスタッフが不在で、連絡先のメモが置いてありました。それがwhatsApp経由での連絡が必要なので、事前にダウンロードして使える状態にしておくといいかもしれません。(スタッフは一時離席で毎回ではないと思いますが、思いますが念のためです)
素敵なホテルで防音もしっかりしてました。
パリに来たらまたここに泊まりたいです。

We stayed at this hotel and had a very nice trip to Paris.
It has a mini kitchen and there is a supermarket and a good bakery nearby.
The rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower is also very nice.
And most importantly, the staff's thoughtfulness is the number one point.
The purpose of our trip was to attend my son's wedding, but due to a demonstration incident on the day of the wedding, we were almost late for the ceremony. The staff not only went out of their way to arrange a cab for us, but also guided us to the location where a cab was waiting for us, which was not available in front of the hotel.
Thanks to you, we made it on time for the ceremony and were able to see our son on his wedding day.

None of staff is always in the lobby. It’s rediculous service for such expensive price.
Being unable to lock the door from inside did invade customer’s privacy only for hotel’s convenience of house keeping.
The table in my room was very dirty but wasn’t cleaned at all every time.
About anything, it worthwhile staying.

場所は最高です。
隣のピザ屋さん美味しかった。もう一つ隣に飲食店があったけど毎日人が並ぶほどだったので、おそらく人気店なのでしょう。
徒歩2分のところに地下鉄があり、バス停も3分くらいのところにあります。
スーパーも地下鉄の真ん前にあり
ブーランジェリーも数件ありました。
タバコ屋さんもホテルの2軒先にありますよ。笑
エッフェル塔へは徒歩で15分くらいと、思ったより歩きましたがパリは散歩も楽しいのでいいでしょう。
基本的に静かで落ち着いた地域なので良かったです。シャンゼリゼやオペラといった賑やかさやアクセスの抜群さはないけど、エッフェル塔が近くて落ち着いていることを考えるといいと思います。
部屋は家族3人では十分でした。
2Fがロフトでベッドがあり、トイレもあります。
1FはテーブルとTVとソファがあり、洗面シャワールーム・トイレがありました。
入口入ってすぐにキッチンがあり、IHコンロとシンクがあり、冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあります。最初からフライパンと食器類、カトラリーもあるので良かったです。
1Fの部屋だったので、縦長の大きい窓を開けると外の路地になってます。たまに車が通ったり、人も通りますが全く気にならなかったです。窓からの雰囲気もなんとなく良かったです。
室内の照明は少し暗かったかな？妻が化粧するのに少し困ってました。
シャワールームの扉が使いずらかったです。
冬なのでシャワーだけだとちょっと寒かった。
室内のテーブルがガタガタしてて、直そうかと思って裏を見たけど、六角レンチを持ってなかったので断念。スタッフに言えば言えば良かったんだけど、数日だから特に言わなかった。
スタッフの対応は良かったです。
タクシーの手配も一回してもらいました。
エントランスに入る前にオートロックの番号を押すかレセプションにコールしなくては行けないのが、私がちゃんと理解しておらず少し手間取りました。

Perfect location. It was nice to have AC during a historic heatwave and a beautiful balcony.
I would have rated this entire stay higher if we didn’t have to deal with Lynda. Ultimately, there was miscommunication with her. Instead of acting professional, she argued and then refused to help out when I left an item. With that said, every other staff member was wonderful.
This was quite a splurge (yes we had a balcony), and there are many other options I would consider instead of this hotel when coming in the future.

The property is well maintained with friendly staff. Located near plenty of restaurants (walking distance) and under 20 mins to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed during the heat wave - highest temps 110F - and our room maintained 70F.

Our stay at Rayz Eiffel was wonderful! The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, the metro, and many great cafés and restaurants. The room was spotless, modern, comfortable, and very quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Paris.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with recommendations and any questions we had. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, especially in the evening, and was one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall, Rayz Eiffel exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish hotel in a fantastic Paris location.

We LOVED this hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was fantastic! Be aware that there is no eating area- they bring it to you as room service at the time you determine. We had a small balcony in our room, and ate each morning on that balcony that had a view of the Eiffel Tower. (Poor us! :) One of the best amenities is the roof top terrace. You can watch the Tower sparkle at 11:00 PM from there each night. Places to eat are just a few steps away - our favorite was Le Bosquet- a 2 min walk - don't miss their happy hour! The Tower is 6 minutes away - and most other sites are a 20-30 minute walk. And it is a secure hotel - you need your key to enter. If you like boutique hotels, this one sparkles!
