場所は最高です。 隣のピザ屋さん美味しかった。もう一つ隣に飲食店があったけど毎日人が並ぶほどだったので、おそらく人気店なのでしょう。 徒歩2分のところに地下鉄があり、バス停も3分くらいのところにあります。 スーパーも地下鉄の真ん前にあり ブーランジェリーも数件ありました。 タバコ屋さんもホテルの2軒先にありますよ。笑 エッフェル塔へは徒歩で15分くらいと、思ったより歩きましたがパリは散歩も楽しいのでいいでしょう。 基本的に静かで落ち着いた地域なので良かったです。シャンゼリゼやオペラといった賑やかさやアクセスの抜群さはないけど、エッフェル塔が近くて落ち着いていることを考えるといいと思います。 部屋は家族3人では十分でした。 2Fがロフトでベッドがあり、トイレもあります。 1FはテーブルとTVとソファがあり、洗面シャワールーム・トイレがありました。 入口入ってすぐにキッチンがあり、IHコンロとシンクがあり、冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあります。最初からフライパンと食器類、カトラリーもあるので良かったです。 1Fの部屋だったので、縦長の大きい窓を開けると外の路地になってます。たまに車が通ったり、人も通りますが全く気にならなかったです。窓からの雰囲気もなんとなく良かったです。 室内の照明は少し暗かったかな？妻が化粧するのに少し困ってました。 シャワールームの扉が使いずらかったです。 冬なのでシャワーだけだとちょっと寒かった。 室内のテーブルがガタガタしてて、直そうかと思って裏を見たけど、六角レンチを持ってなかったので断念。スタッフに言えば言えば良かったんだけど、数日だから特に言わなかった。 スタッフの対応は良かったです。 タクシーの手配も一回してもらいました。 エントランスに入る前にオートロックの番号を押すかレセプションにコールしなくては行けないのが、私がちゃんと理解しておらず少し手間取りました。

We stayed at this hotel and had a very nice trip to Paris. It has a mini kitchen and there is a supermarket and a good bakery nearby. The rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower is also very nice. And most importantly, the staff's thoughtfulness is the number one point. The purpose of our trip was to attend my son's wedding, but due to a demonstration incident on the day of the wedding, we were almost late for the ceremony. The staff not only went out of their way to arrange a cab for us, but also guided us to the location where a cab was waiting for us, which was not available in front of the hotel. Thanks to you, we made it on time for the ceremony and were able to see our son on his wedding day. Thank you so much!

エッフェル塔の夜景が撮りたかったのですが、歩いていける距離でとても便利でした。駅前にスーパーもあるので何でも手に入ります。キッチンもあって子連れだったのでありがたかったです。朝食も要望を色々聞いて貰えて、後に宿泊したリッツホテルより正直こちらの朝食の方が良かった。

Easy check in, nice rooms and small boutique hotel. I would stay again.

front door man had difficulty understanding and communicating with us, even with translator apps. front desk girl was super helpful and nice, took the time to understand what we were asking, quick to provide help!

They dont have breakfast but the roof area is superb!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. However a lot of construction outside. Makes a lot of noise. Elevator was a little slow. But overall gray hotel

Our stay at Rayz Eiffel was exceptional! The rooftop is really special and provides wonderful views of the Eiffel especially when she sparkles. The rooms are small but very well appointed with everything to make the stay comfortable. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris!!

Staff was very accommodating. Room was larger than expected, nice kitchennete (big plus). Great in-room breakfast. Many restaurants in the area. Rooftop view of the Eiffel tower. Less than 15 minute walk to the tower. I will certainly return, and would highly recommend it!

The staff were so nice and helpful. Our room was perfect and we felt very safe at all times.

Great location. We felt safe walking around during day and night. Very friendly staff. Kitchenette had everything needed to cook and prep food. Restaurants bakeries grocery stores all within few minute walk from hotel. I would definitely stay there again. Rooftop terrace had amazing view of Eifel Tower.

Staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with a reservation that took 6 months to get resolved, The site implied you could get food and beverages however there was nothing on site.

Rayz Eiffel was the best hotel I could have stayed in for my first time in Paris. Location was great. Only a 8 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Rooftop view was spectacular. Breakfast was also really good.

Really good location to most of the attractions. The staff was excellent. They made sure our stay smooth. My only gripe is the hotel did not have air conditioning. luckily the weather was a little cool and we had a room that had a patio, so we were able to open the window. And the tub in the bathroom has one of those half shower doors so the water gets all on the floor. Other than that, I would recommend

This was a great hotel location was great the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts delivered in room had limited choices but good overall
