The room was clean. The bathroom had clean towels. You got free coffee and tea every day at the ground floor. The staff were helpful and friendly. I got to check in early without having to pay an extra fee. Nice location too, near lots of public transport, and shopping, eating areas (Little Tokyo, Heinrich Heine Alle, etc.)
