Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg Airport

Only that would make it better would be small wash cloths for shower...luckily i had my own..

Great hotel for convenience to the airport. The reception staff is top notch and offer early check in with a reasonable fee. The hotel is modern with special artwork, the bed and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. Locations of the bar and restaurant are right on the reception floor, the drinks and food were very good.

We only stayed one night. We arrived from Milan to Hamburg and we couldn't be more happier to know that the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the airport. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and new. The rooms are spacious, have coffee (machine) and iron board! We had a great stay because it is so convenient.

Really convenient walking distance to airport terminals. Nice restaurant and bar. Not much else around.

The AC was so high that even after turning it off, the room was an absolutely uncomfortable ICEBOX. I decided to go down to the sauna while awaiting (in vain) for the room temperature to normalise, only to discover that the sauna, for the SECOND time I have stayed here, was not open. Nor was staff around to offer assistance. Such is life. I could at least watch the news… Or, so I thought. CNN International was actually just a blank screen… I expect far more for a 4-Star hotel. Still, the feather pillows were a highlight…

Excellent hotel for the airport

Excellent property, clean and modern with excellent staff.

Very convenient location adjacent to the airport. Quick walk to the terminals.

No body wash or lotion in the room both empty. Hotel Unable to find my rewards account to give me point for my booking.

The room was great, tidy. I was able to check in early which was nice. Only thing i found odd was a weird stain on one of the towels that I left on the floor. Luckily it was just me for one night. But I would think staff would check towels prior to placing them in rooms.

An excellent hotel, clean, modern, excellent staff. A short train journey into Hamburg makes this hotel even more appealing.

Worth the price if flying out early.

Hotellet er jo Radisson som man kender og er tryg ved. Pænt hotel pæne værelser og en spytklat fra lufthavnen. Morgenmaden koster 22 euro pr. person og er okey men ikke prisen værd. Den mindede om morgenmaden på de hoteller hvor vi har betalt 8 euro for morgenmaden. På hotels.com står der at vi fik en gratis drikkevarer pr. person. Det så vi ikke noget til. Der stå også at det koster 34 euro pr. nat at parkere der og der er fri ind/udkørsel. Det er lufthavnens område og parkering. Vi skulle betale hver gang vi kørte ud og ind. Hotellet sagde de ikke kunne hjælpe med den aftale om fri ind/udkørsel og parkerings personalet fra lufthavnen sagde at man skulle betale hver gang. Vores bil var desuden for høj til at komme ud fra p-pladsen men ikke til at komme ind. Det brugte vi også timer på at finde ud af. Igen kunne hotellet ikke hjælpe og der var en dårlig service til at starte med fra lufthavnen. Det var ærgerligt at sådan en lille ting som parkering skal tage så meget tid så vi faktisk slet ikke nåede ud og se Hamborg. Vær opmærksom på det hvis i skal bo på dette hotel. Man har nogle forventninger til service niveauet på et hotel som dette når man betale meget for værelset og det levede de bestemt ikke op til desværre.
