We travel three to four times a year, and in all our travels, we've never encountered a more welcoming and genuinely friendly staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond anything we could have expected. They anticipated our family's needs before we even realized them ourselves, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Their exceptional hospitality didn't end when we checked out - they continued to follow up with thoughtful recommendations and suggestions for places to visit, which made the rest of our trip even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly memorable experience.

Beautiful, clean spacious hotel, if you're looking for quality food high end restaurant and fine dining this is the best choice hotel, set in a great location, right on the beach, choice of villas and apartments with private pool, or room with a swim up pool, or just room without pool. Staff are brilliant, speak excellent English, such wonderful helpful staff, first time to Crete and would definitely return to this Crete and this hotel. Grecotel has its own farm which is included in the package, great trip to see how they produce local olive oil, honey, they provide you with many courses during the visit with delicious food and wine. The beds in the hotel and pillows are so comfortable, the rooms are spotless and room service every day, you have a fridge in your room which is replenished every day with soft drinks, tea and coffee facilities, beach towel and bath towels changed daily. Bathrobes and slippers are provided. The drinks available are branded and good quality, staff behind the bar are efficient as are the staff around the pool, offering you drinks and snacks when required. Young children's pool and activities which is all shaded, 2 main pools with plenty of shade and sunbeds, some in the water which is a lovely treat. Reception staff are very knowledgeable and so helpful, they want to please. Gym and sauna available onsite which looked modern, nice shop onsite The main dining room which is self serve had choice and great quality. Perfect All inclusive

Had an amazing time and amazing staff!

Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. Overall, our stay was great. My kids loved the pool and the kids' club. The young ladies who played with and entertained the kids were extremely nice and friendly.
