Amazing resort and beach. Food was epic and the service around the pool really great. Just make sure to download the group app and book your restaurants as soon as you are confirmed. Got upgraded to a swim up room too so that was pretty special.

Beautiful property. Nice location. Trip to Agreco farm was wonderful and so was the food. Staff were fantastic at the resort. Used the spa it was lovely. Didn’t like the restaurant booking system. Downloaded Hotel app before we left Canada but unable to book restaurants 7 days in advance of arrival. Also the buffet food was underwhelming at times. Also allowing smoking was annoying. Can’t believe in this day and age that is still allowed in public areas of the resort. Greek people are so kind and lovely.

I'll start by saying the staff at the hotel are the nicest and most accommodating I've ever come across. This property is most certainly NOT a 5 star luxury resort. It's a 4 star at best and there's nothing luxury about it aside from the one pool and the sunsets. The room that I was originally assigned had a sexy shower situation happening, shower was separate from actual bathroom but was in the bedroom / living area with 70s fringe curtains, cool if you're vacationing with your partner but if anyone else it's just weird. Got moved to another room the next day and yet again another strange shower situation, separate from bathroom again with clear glass so anyone can watch, just a weird thing to do design wise. We lived with it because I didn't want to go through the hassle of moving rooms again and getting another disappointing room but guests needs were not top of mind when designing the layout. Rooms/decor feels dated, a little weathered but mostly well maintained. Getting a lounge chair in the one cool pool is like the Hunger Games - families occupy the space from 8am. They should really designate the 2nd pool as kid pool. Floaties and donuts and kids screaming doesn't feel luxurious. I was extremely disappointed considering what it cost to stay here. If it wasn't priced as if it's a 5star it would be fine. Mediocre experience all in all.

The staff at the hotel are very accommodating and friendly, helping you with anything you need. Our room was well proportioned, although we could have done with some more storage space for our clothing. We were situated on the ground floor right near the activity pool, which was perfect for us with teens. The staff were helpful before we even got to the hotel by answering questions via Whats App, and booking the onsite restaurants for us. We can highly recommend a trip to the Agreco Farm for dinner, The White (adults only fine dining), and Asia White - although all of the food, including the buffet, was excellent. Our family of four (with two teens) had a very relaxing holiday with the Grecotel LUXME White. Special mention to Sophia on reception and Dora in the spa, and another lady behind the front desk (whose name I can’t remember) who helped us on our departure day and getting some medicine for my husband. Would highly recommend :)

Exceptional resort. The staff is outstanding, very attentive to the needs of the guests. Although it is an all inclusive resort, it should be noted that room service is NOT included as an all-inclusive benefit; you will have to pay for it.

Vacation was great. The hotel is well maintained and the service is excellent. We didn't have WiFi service in our room and they provided a modem for a wireless connection. The beach is small and not the greatest, but pools are nice. They should have recycling bins and not just garbage bins. Also the tour we booked to Knossos and Heraklion was just a private taxi taking us around and the taxi driver wanted to finish the tour as soon as possible. Not the nicest. Overall, our stay was great. My kids loved the pool and the kids' club. The young ladies who played with and entertained the kids were extremely nice and friendly.

We stayed at the start of the season (Easter 25), they'd been open a few days when we arrived and we stayed 10 nights. The hotel is lovely and clean, facilities are great, food was brilliant, beach was good enough and rooms were nice and clean and house keeping was good. However.... the service end to end was really below the standard youd expect of a 5 star hotel. It seems to be a combination of poor management and inexperienced staff. The main pool doesn't have a bar, but has waiter service - however it was difficult to find someone to take an order. The sunset bar was similar - table service but often difficult to find someone to take an order. The restaurants are where the hotel really lets themselves down. Upon being seated in the buffet restaurant its hit and miss how long it would take to make a drinks order - the mornings were especially bad with it being difficult to order a coffee but the evenings wherent much better and to get a top up of wine was almost impossible unless you went directly to the wine cellar (which was a nice touch). The a-la-carte restaurants werent much better, we were only a group of 6 and they didn't manage to bring food out together; staff lacked the intuition to solve problems like missing meals or missing drinks and we had that at both the Asian and Italian. The Agreco Farm visit and meal was great with amazing service and because we had a car, we went to the aqua park at the other Grecotel - the kids really enjoyed that.

I recently stayed at Grecotel LUXME White Palace, and it’s safe to say the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like VIPs—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The aesthetic of the resort is stunning—whitewashed elegance with chic, modern touches. The views of the sea are breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the number of pools (22!) means you never feel crowded. We especially loved the adults-only pool for a bit of quiet relaxation. The all-inclusive dining exceeded expectations. From themed buffets to à la carte restaurants, everything was fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend the Asian fusion spot and grabbing a crepe at the Gelateria. The cocktails? Top-notch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a sea view that made mornings magical. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and little touches like daily turndown service and local treats were appreciated.

Our trip didn’t start off too well As meet and great at the hotel wasn’t that great We checked in to our room promptly Enjoyed the beach and facilities We to dinner at the buffet restaurant that provided a wide range of starters and main course that were of high standard. Went to the sunset bar which is a great place to relax, drink and enjoy the view over the sea. What became apparent was the room they gave us to stay in was next to a lift and a foyer above with constant use. We went to reception and demanded we get a quieter room and after a long discussion were promised a new room tomorrow. Thank goodness for that as the new room was of the same type but nice and quiet. Room to avoid is 601 for reference Apart from that be warned the see is quite rough at times with strong waves plus the beach is gravelly and large pebbles/boulders which you will need boat shoes/sea shoes which they sell at the shop. If you are unstable afoot stick to the pools as that will be safer. Sea and beach typical Greek beach. Drinks service on the beach can be a bit hit and miss. Dinning all restaurants are very good but you need to book as soon as you can (download the app and book a week before you arrive) Lunches were good Visit to agreco farm/experience well worth while and we went on jeep safari with Angelos again worth going on Overall enjoyed our stay -all inclusive a must and we had a room with a sea view All staff very friendly and helpful (once we had moved to quiet ro

Really great hotel - fantastic all inclusive restaurants & selection of drinks from the pool / bars, we loved the ice cream & crepe bar too! We don’t drink so a decent selection of mocktails, non alcoholic wine & soft drinks. Breakfast buffet had a great selection & there was a separate adults section for some peace. We moved to a swim up room to the left of reception after a poor condition swim up room to the right of reception (full of mozzies) was originally assigned. The room was clean, no great patio & pool space with sun most of the day! Bathroom & wardrobe space a little old fashioned, but all ok. Hotel amenities are good - great main pool & activity pool, entertainment is a little meh > better for kids than adults. Beach has dark sand & water wasn’t so clear but a short trip out could take you to some great spots.

The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were 1st class, even up to the manager, who takes time to ask guests if there are any problems. The only problem we had was the booking of the specialist restaurants, you were expected to book them via an app, this didn't work, had to argue with reception about booking a meal, after only being 9.30 & 10.00pm, not ideal when you are 75 yrs old, but after speaking to the concierge, who was very helpful and got us earlier times, it is not a problem you need when you arrive on holiday. Hopefully this problem will be sorted out and add to the good hotel / holiday experience
