Air conditioning was excelente, everything is managed electronically, the staff will cater to your every need, even going out of their way to do so. The breakfast is made freshly every day (nothing comes from a bag, except maybe the smoked salmon). The pool has Amazon to cool off and the views of the Acrópolis are breathtaking

Busy hotel. Nice team at reception. Long wait for breakfast. Did not enjoy at all. Hotel is 5 stars but i would have rated it at most 4. Had to book a time slot for pools. Guests noisy, screaming in corridors. Wouldn't stay their again.

Hotel firmly believes that it’s a hedonistic 24hr party venue with OTT Club music everywhere - however, clients tend to be tourists from various countries, who have probably had the hotel chosen for them. Avoid if you don’t want constant Club music blasted at you.

We booked this hotel after doing some research and it was nothing short of superb. The amenities were top notch, but the service stole the show. Our flight home was cancelled during our stay and while we were very stressed, the staff made sure we were taken care of and treated us so kindly. We were upgraded rooms complimentary, received a mid-stay courtesy call to ensure our staff was enjoyable, and were given incredibly insightful recommendations in the city. You have to make reservations to use the pools/spa, but it’s free (can do it via WhatsApp or with the staff at the counters). It helps manage the capacity, which honestly was great so that nothing felt overwhelming and we could get chairs. The buffet breakfast was genuinely one of the best I’ve had - great mix of classic staples and Greek cuisine. The views were astounding. Great location as it’s walkable (~10-15 minutes) to practically everything. Nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of some of the tourist areas. Funky interior and really cool design choices. The rooms are modern with digital gauges and it was pristine. The little details like a shoe sponge and pillow selection are thoughtful touches so you can stay how you prefer. If you can’t tell by the length of this review, I highly recommend this place and if I’m back in Athens, I would stay here again.

Amazing customer service. From Check-in to check out. 3 amazing nights. Breakfast buffet beyond any expectations of European hotels. Ilia from Lounge provided restaurant recommendation and other valuable advice for our trip beyond hotel stay. Would stay again and recommend to everyone. A 15 on 10!!!
