I loved this place with an amazing view. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They offered to pack up our breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast was served.

It was clean and so cute. Keep in mind, it’s a yurt, not a sandals resort. There is no elevator; you’ll be climbing up and down dozens of stairs. It kind of felt like glamping with concierge. This was a positive for me, but it’s good to be realistic about what kind of experience you’ll have. There are bugs, you will probably find them in the bathroom. Not from a lack of hygiene, you’re staying in the middle of the forest. I used shower shoes. The staff is amazing. The rooms are cleaned every day, the bartenders are awesome, and the included chapin breakfast is really good. They have a pool, and there is an incredible view of the lake from your patio. You can also WhatsApp the staff at any time and they will assist you (extra attention to your room, restaurant resy, shuttle set-up, etc). I enjoyed my stay, I would stay here again.

This place is located in one of the best mountain areas, and having such beautiful views made my wife and me very happy with everything we saw. Jenna’s River Bed & Breakfast was spectacular, and the staff were incredibly special and welcoming. They are truly amazing. I recommend this hotel 100%. And the breakfast super good.

This property is beautiful however we felt like it was maybe too much for the owners to maintain as the pool was dirty and looked a bit more run down than pics show. The biggest concern we encountered was that you are locked into the property. There is just one gate you can get in and out of and you have to get staff to open it for you. The issue that happened to us is after 8pm to 8am the staff leaves and only 1 security guard remains on site. The morning we wanted to leave early to catch a boat at 630am we went to leave but none was there, the security guard, who knew we were planning on heading out early, was sent home in the middle of the night due to an emergency and the phone number for the staff we were told to call if needed just rang with no answer. Finally we had to climb over the fence to get out. After sharing our concerns with their manager we were credited some back but then yelled at and scolded that they felt we were not nice by complaining. I've never been treated like that ever either traveling or back home in USA. They also promised to decorate our room as I wanted to suprise my partner for our anniversary but they did not do that either and did decorate for our dinner the next night after I had to remind them. There are so many beautiful places to stay in that area that I would NOT come back to jennas or recommend to anyone based on the level of service they demonstrated. Mistakes happen of course but apologies and showing they value your business 💯

Nuestra estadia en Jenna's fue excelente, fuimos bien recibidos y acomodados desde un inicio. El desayuno requisimo y fresco, la cena en restaurante Sirio deliciosa y el bar muy bien manejado por Alejandra y Fernando. El lugar es apacible, y el personal es muy amable listos para hacer recomendaciones que mejoran la experiencia.

Great location overlooking Lake Atitlan! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food and drinks were too notch! Would highly recommend this place!

Stayed at Jenna's and let me tell you... amazing! Incredible experience. The staff was amazing, professional, friendly, respectful and attentive! They were the best part of my stayed... great bartender Alejandra is known in the whole town, Fernando worked the bar and restaurant and he was amazimg too, the food was delicious (THEY MAKE EVERYTHING FROM SCRATCH INCLUDING KETCHUP AND SYRUP FROM SCRATCH). Location was stunning, this view is incredible! The rooms are cozy besides the bugs (I am scary lol, plus the place its up at the mountains) they are no complaints, but I feel like maybe a little bathroom upgrade would do the place good. I recommend!

Would absolutely recommend a stay at Jenna’s! You’re in a world of absolute peace - expect to never want to leave. The location is beautiful, the staff were some of the best people we met, and the food was incredible. Book this place!!

A stunning property with amazing views. It is nestled into the side of the mountain and designed to make the most of the lake views. There is lots of attention to detail. My room was beautiful and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great, which also had a lake view! It was nice to have the Guatemalan breakfast included in my rate. There isn’t anywhere else that’s walkable. All the staff were lovely and made every effort to ensure I had the best stay. I used the hotel’s recommended Tuk Tuk driver (Lino) to go into Panajachel for dinner. I also did a tour to Santa Catarina and San Antonio with him, which I would recommend.

Beautiful view of Lake Atitlan from our bedroom. Staff were nice enough to carry my wife’s and I’s heavy luggage’s to our room on arrival and to my vehicle at check out. Our outdoor porch view was really nice but it didn’t have100% privacy since it was close to our neighbors porch so we didn’t get to close to the railing to avoid looking over at the neighbors and their porch so I disliked that. Dinner is available for purchase and it is Syrian food I believe. Food was bland but not terrible. Breakfast menu was also not bad. A good small variety available at reasonable prices. The free breakfast is bland too so make sure you take some salt to give more flavor but overall good experience at this place! BE READY FOR STAIRS, A BUNCH OF THEM (depending on which room you stay at)!!!!!
